They came to me very quickly! Did a very efficient job of changing my tire. It's a 2025 f150 and was a little tricky to get the tire down. But they figured it out. Really nice guys! Would definitely call them again if needed.
This guy is a class act. My car was dead at the beach. I got his number as a referral, so I called him. He showed up within minutes and got the job done. He made a bad situation bearable. Thank you!
1) Tried to fleece me for more cash at 10pm, in the center of Oak Cliff...despite prepaying for a $150 tow at night.
2). Driver asked me to turn the wheel so he could put the car in my parking spot. This kitten has a dislocated shoulder, so that was a no-go. Instead, he pushed it by hand 100 feet to a different spot.
3). A second man jumped out of the cab around this time. Two able-bodied men, you say? A-1 customer service gentleman.
4). In the morning, I saw that my vehicle was secured by pebbles, and the front end and headlight had been damaged. They are now not picking up my calls.
I shouldn't have to fill out a police report because this man didn't want to do his job correctly the first time, but such is life.
Yes, I had to have my boat towed, Masters Towing provided a good service but it seems too expensive to me, $300.00 for 3 miles? and had no other alternative
My vehicle was misfiring due to a faulty cylinder on the island. Managed to get it back at port isabel // across the bridge at an affordable rate. Thank you
My experience with Masters towing and recovery was excellent. Not only did the employees here at Masters come to help us on the road side, but they were also able to tow the vehicle to their shop, get the part I needed in a day (radiator water pump), do a full vehicle inspection, and replace the part all before I had to leave to be home from the vacation. I was given constant status updates on the vehicle and felt involved in the process. Masters made what could’ve been a disaster feel like I was being taken care of. This was offered to me for a reasonable price and all I have to say as a testament to their quality is that we made it home with 0 issues from the car and it ran as good as new! Thank you Masters!
We thought our vacation was ruined after the keys for our rental car fell into the bay. We were given the run around from the rental car company and Masters Towing and Recovery literally came to our rescue. Big shout out to Antonio and the other very competent service man who promptly came to our rescue. They completed the job with utmost professional courtesy.
