Took my vehicle in with a noise/vibration in the rear end. Cantu’s was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue quickly at a reasonable price.

4th visit to this shop; they are always very quick, professional & friendly.

The Cantu family has been providing both good fast dependable service at prices that can not be beat. From the monument you walk in you are greeted quickly with a friendly smile and a genuine concern for your problems. I saw a review that read they would not recommend these guys because he is white and they did not offer to help????????? It would be my opinion that maybe they were rude, obnoxious or drunk etc. my family and I have been going there for all automotive needs for 30 years. I call them when my 250 super duty breaks down in McAllen, they are there in a flash to help always without fail! Reliable friendly and most of all they do it right the first time. These guys bent me over for 550 bucks for rear brakes and a sensor. I had gotten the front ones done at JJ's for almost half the cost. I think they may have assumed I was just visiting the area so they could get away with more. It will be my last time going there. And Ill be voting for his opponent in the election. If your a local, you should too!

We were in a tough spot - visiting the Valley in Texas, had a flat, discovered our Prius didn't have a spare! Happened to tell our plight to the young man who was our waiter at the restaurant at our hotel. He said "Call Cantu's. He's our coach. We all use him." By 8:30 the next morning our car was on Cantu's wrecker. By 9:30 we were back on the road. Professional. Talented. Friendly. We were very grateful!

I brought My dabba gator to Martin and his son immediately took care of me instead of trying to charge me for something it didn't need they were very honest and said look one of the tires just needs to be balanced they did that in a matter of minutes and the truck drove perfect I highly recommend them

Martin did an alternator job for me one afternoon and was then off the weekend and next day. This is a pretty simple, standard routing thing in a mustang. It was a bad alternator and I called the next morning to inform him of this and his employees informed me that he would be off for next few days and I had to wait to talk to him. I could not wait with a sitting car so I got it fixed on my own and when he returned, he insisted that since I couldn't wait for him to get back from vacation to fix the car, he couldn't warranty the part and would not issue refund for the part or the work. The battery light was on within an hour from leaving shop which was the primary indicator that the alternator was bad. I would not recommend dealing with this shop unless you can afford to have vehicles sitting for periods of time or do not expect to get fair treatment on any problem with his work including warranty repairs that would normally be covered by any shop for their work This guy is trying to save a dollar at your expense in any case no matter what.... even with evidence presented that his work was bad.

Only been there a few times but they have done very good work at reasonable prices, don't stick you with bs charges, and don't make up things that "need" to be done. They have been in business for many years and we will certainly be back.

great service when i had a problem with the car and they checked everything i wanted and let me see what was wrong. friendly efficient service and good modern wrecker trucks recommended if you are in trouble And if you have big awkward loads to move! Like trees!

We had been dealing with another auto shop concerning our air conditioner who didn't fix it just kept putting more coolant in,took it to Cantu's,it was repaired,our car detailed inside for free and returned when he said it would be! Definitely our new mechanic!!!!
