O’Reilly auto parts in LA FERÍA TX I was calling they never picked I called 5 times then I went to store and called while in there and they didn’t pick up as I approached the desk person I asked why they don’t pick up the phones his response was because the customers get mad wait ain’t that how you lose big money’s people want to know if you have the part or not
Customer service is not good I was waiting like ten minutes and 5 people over the counter and non of them asked what I needed. Until finally an employee passed by and asked what I needed. Myself and another person were the only customers in the store. Not coming back to this store again. Get better at your customer service and take care of your customers.

Very friendly staff. Willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Had to replace the lifts on my car's hatch and the gentleman did it for me. Great service. Will go back to them for my car needs.

Definitely have the right tools for the job at hand. The sales associate was awesome. Really nice guy and knew his job inside and out. Very professional. Will only go to this particular Auto parts store from now on. Customer service is top notch. He deserves a raise.
Went in looking for something they don't carry. Manager looked up where I can get the part and gave the name of two places near plus phone number and directions. Shop here. Sam really helped.
