Car was towed due to flooding in my area. Car wouldn’t move or turn on. I called the towing for my dealership insurance company but wait time was 5-6 hours which I didn’t mind but the police said if they didn’t come soon they would tow with their services. My dealership tow did not come on time so the police towed it to this place and though I’m thankful they did so, my terrible luck was it being sent to this place. They are trying to charge $522.83 when it would have been no charge for my dealership. And any other towing truck company gave me a price of $200. So idk where their outrageous price is from. I urge people to try somewhere else.
My experience yesterday evening with American Eagle was beyond disappointing. The customer service was rude and unprofessional, with a long wait time. They also provided misleading overcharged price information. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service and ethical business practices.
Says open 24/7 but what they don't say is the business is open not the people that actually do the towing. Shouldn't put 24/7 if you got nobody to work the hours
Speedy service!!!! Got a flat tire, didn’t even wait 5 minutes for someone to get here! There was a car next to me who also had a flat and had been waiting for 1hr+ for a competing tow company to arrive! Would recommend to anyone!!! Really awesome people
Would like to thank American Eagle for getting our truck delivered to harlingen they picked it up at lockhart TX at a affordable price and quick other companies price was high and couldn't pick it up till in a week would recommend this company anytime
After waiting 2.5 hours on another company only to be left stranded, we got ahold of American Eagle. If I am ever needing a tow anywhere close to Harlingen, these are the guys I’m calling! Super quick to get to me and very personable. Knew what they were doing and didn’t mess around. The guy that came and got us, can’t remember his name sorry! He used to be a mechanic of 30 years. Anyway, from the word go, he was very professional, quick, and most of all personable. I wish I could find more people to deal with like him. I HIGHLY recommend these guys! Give them a call!
Very quick and easy towing. Our battery died at a convenience store right up from our house, arrived in 20 minutes instead of the estimated 30. Fee was $85 for our little Ford, driver took us right over to our house and put the car right into our driveway.
Good luck with this guy, towing company took my car from the scene of a fender bender and decided to withhold the fee information. I hope you have $400.
Very quick and professional service. Showed up fast and towed my car home after a minor wreck. Tow man did an excellent job! Took extra care to not cause further damage to my bmw.
