This older gentleman was just rude. Just because we need a service doesn't mean you have to act that way. The drivers on the other had were very helpful.
I will never go back to Notorious 77 Inspection. I had to come across the most rude person ever who accused me of stealing and calling the cops on me. I was dealing a matter with owner who was professional, when his son stepped and accused me of stealing and calling me names then called the cops on me. I feel bad for his father cause this is how he loses business. If there was an option of scoring with no stars I would.
I called to get a price rate, and the little douch mini man said no one is available right now and hung up.... this is what you call great customer service ....
Please don’t go to this place, Johnny assumes he’s the owner and manager and supervisor and will refuse service because you get off your vehicle to ask question, mind you my child is 19 trying to figure out how inspections work and he stated cause you got off we won’t perform anything and cops were called, so I keep calling and he hangs up on me. I have done the report with the DPS
Would not recommend, took vehicle in for small things and some worker Lozano ended up breaking my car and still charged me. Gave him time to fix his mistake then he denied about the repair. Stated it was already broken. Ended up having it towed from there.
I don't recommend this place at all this place is garbage the way they treat veterans is unacceptable the guy that was going to dew my inspection rudely told me to turn off my cigarette. I didn't see there no smoking sign as well was upset cause I had forgotten my insurance paperwork. Very rude to me and my wife. My wife's dish back the attitude that was given to us by him got upset and refused us services.
Didnt report my vehicle to my landlord or HPD. They are predatory towing company the owner is literally a drunkard and will straight put your bill right into his wallet.

Less than 10 minute inspection. Quick, so its convenient but also makes you wonder if they really check it out throughly but hey you know what wrong with your car lol
And yes,they take card not just cash.
I got my vehicle inspection here. They are super quick and efficient. There was not a long wait at all and the price was beyond reasonable. Most definitely recommend.
