Hpd towed my vehicle lastnight for a brake light being out, I’ve had bad experiences with towing companies so at first I wasn’t fully cooperative, but the towing guy promised me he’d keep his word on releasing my vehicle if I came with the money and my title and Id. I called around 1030/11am and spoke to the owner and she agreed to the same thing and was so nice over the phone! Got there and her mom was just as nice! Humble, nice and understanding.
I called and they sent someone immediately! The tower was so friendly and attentive. My son watched as he lifted our vehicle and the man came and gave him a flashlight to keep. The service is affordable and the customer service was outstanding.
