  I bring my glass to target and they recycle all these plastic bags too. HEB and Walmart, also recycle plastic bags. Let's do our part and teach others to do the same.

  Open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm, this self service recycling center is open and accepting cardboard, number 1 and 2 plastics, aluminum and paper. Come do your part and recycle today!

  The center hours of operation do not make it accessible for people who work. Weekend hours are limited. It diminishes the willingness to recycle.

  Would be nice if they accepted glass, but if 100 people go here each day they are open, that would be about 30,000 people per year... Harlingen has over 80,000 people. Not bad. Not good, but not bad either.

  Helpful and made recycling very simple. Drove in and was quickly assisted. I don't have a recycling center for plastics in my hometown so the drive over was made very convenient.
