Called over and over NO ANSWER! Drove to the business!!! people were in the back i knocked and knocked rang the bell Honked ..!! NOBODY ANSWERED horrible business!!! Said open ! Just gave up after 45 minutes
It's Posted that it's open on Saturdays from 8:30 to 5pm So I drove from Donna all the way to Harlingen am I find out that it's closed . I was very upset because I waisted time and gasoline.
This is the worst place I've been to looks more like a garage sale than a salvage yard. I waited 1 hour for a tail light after she told me it would take a couple of minutes then didn't want to give me a refund because I didn't want to wait any longer.
Lady asked me to wear mask, I put it on, I don't mind wearing a mask but she's an employee, she should have one on too and she was rude, saying that she couldn't find part she didn't even bother to look on the computer or anything.
I was ask to wear a mask ok that fine but the old Rag lady that was there didnt have a mask and told her to put her on that she work there and u putting ppl at risk if she was scared me not having one on I had around my neck put on right alway and told her put it in worker told I work I dont have to...
Lack of professionalism from their employees. They would seem nice at first, however, if something is wrong with whatever you buy, they will act rude and tell you that you broke it and hence the warranty won't cover it. Waste of time and waste of money.
I have gone to this business several times over the years. They never seem to have the auto part that I need. I believe this place is just a big waste of my time. The woman at the front counter is the owner's daughter. She thinks she's God's gift to men.
Just like other peoples review owner was very rude and tried charging me $30 for a small switch cause according to him i was there too long. When i told him that was to much for the small light switch he told me to go put it back from where i got it and get off his property and to not come back. Left it on their desk and never went back to this dump.
Very rude owner not professional at all. My husband changed his mind on taking an ashtray for his ford and the owner made my husband reinstall the ashtray. Owner said my husband shouldn't of removed it if he wasnt going to take it because he might misplace it.
Dont want to leave a scathing review but they added 160 dollars to a 300 dollar motor because supposedly they had sold certain parts of it and the new parts were going to be extra. So leaving them a one star review for not keeping that information handy to the person taking calls and inconveniencing me.
