I called the guy at 11: 40 a.m. On a Tuesday morning, spoke with him. I asked him if he had a certain kind of lug nuts. He was not helpful at all. He couldn’t explain them to Me without him seeing a lug nut I’m in. I was asking general questions if they’re short open ended or what and he just couldn’t answer me on top of that. I told him I would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. I proceeded to show up at 11:55 and he had locked the door and he had gone to lunch back at 1 o’clock knowing that I was on my way I’ll be there before 12. He left there before 12 and left me hanging when I just drove all the way in from Rising Star horrible service, horrible attitude do not recommend this place. The guy is terrible. I will never use them again.
Got a great deal on brakes. Not bad for being the only one this close having auto parts. Will probably order other parts online though as they are cheaper. Still not a bad place or bad service.
