Was supposed to come last night, with a 90 min arrival. Never showed, didn't even call. (Driver Dwan) Recalled today. Showed this time. BUT said he was not responsible for ANY damage, ANY WHERE on the vehicle, because front wheel was messed up. I sent him away. He OBVIOUSLY doesn't have a clue what he's doing. Wouldnt use Dwane with D & T towing. Been screwing me around for many many hours now.
If I could’ve used to zero, I would have. Needless to say they charge people ridiculous amounts of money for doing absolutely the same thing that they would charge someone else away lesser fee. My friend was driving my car and had an issue so I had to get my vehicle back from them. They literally charged me $357 to tow car from outskirts of SM to LULLING!!
I explain to the lady that I understood they would be fees and charges which I do, however, I wasn’t the one driving the car. I had loaned it to a friend because he was supposed to be helping me out with fixing it. I’m a single mom barely making it as it is, and then this happens. I would’ve been just fine paying with a normal person would’ve paid. Then on top of that the lady in the office called the police on me because I wanted her to explain her math on the ticket that didn’t make any sense. She charge me $50 to send me a letter that I didn’t even need and literally sent it to the wrong address anyway. When I told her I had a friend to help me drive the car out she said she would feel more safe for the police since I was coming from San Marcos. I mean what does that supposed to mean? I am playing on a thug because I’m from San Marcos? Paul Mina asked to speak to the owners of this place and was never allowed . Unless your car is towed there and you’re not responsible for it, do not use them. Most small town places, pride themselves on having a heart and helping out others, this place is definitely not one of them.
Nice friendly service. Just wished they would carry gas for people who run out. A 5 gallon gas can would have saved money instead of paying 150$ to have the kid towed to her home.
Our car broke down in the middle of the night and we made the decision to get home and leave the car on the access road overnight. I called Oil City Towing and received a quote right away. Everyone in the office was so pleasant to speak to. The gentleman who towed my car did a great job of communicating with me as well. This was such a pleasant experience during a stressful situation. Pricing was also great. Highly recommend.

This company along with miller's auto are con artists .. beware!! Changed price 3 times when was I quoted 35% lower by phone , exact same tow miles . I'm not only person they've tried this on. Miller's Autoworx /Oil city towing are CROOKS!!
We broke down near luling, got a hold of oil city towing, prompt and courteous service. Being we are from out of town Oil City Towing went above and beyond to accommodate our situation any way possible and assist with getting back on to our vacation.... highly recommend them for your towing needs.....
