I had my vehicle towed from my house to my job in south Austin. It was 50 miles one way for them but they still gave me a very cheap rate! Tow guy was friendly and on time to pick up my vehicle. He even let me ride all the way to south Austin with my car getting towed as I had no other way to get there. Was very nice and respectful of property, and was also quick to respond. Updated me along the way about EVERYTHING! This is the only tow company that will pick up a vehicle from my house and tow it to south Austin, otherwise I’d be out of luck. Loved everything about it and will be using them again soon!
Trash this the worst place I find it funny how they came to my apartment complex and towed my car with a sticker on it but there’s cars out here all day with no stickers on like ya don’t even be doing ya job right

Did u know they offer key retrieval service too? Yes, my sister's keys were left inside her locked car and within minutes the young man was able to open up the car!
The gentleman that was there actually he was not there and we were not there by the time they closed so we called the number they left on the answering machine and said that it would be like within an hour that he would be back well that gentleman came in about five minutes and that was so great picked up my son's car and he was very very nice the gentleman there was very nice so if you ever have to experience something there I hope you get this man because he was so nice!
Awesome,the gentleman who towed my vehicle even gave me a ride to Enterprise to rent a car something the cop at the accident scene pretty much said no to doing when I asked if he could please take me home. I appreciate you guys and the gentleman for uplifting me in such rattling and stressful time...thank you!!!

Don't take your vehicle to Barron's Wrecking for mechanical work period..They are a wrecking service only...My 70 year old mother took her car there and (THERE ARE NO WORDS) FOR THE WAY SHE WAS TREATED. NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE THE CAR FOR 3 DAYS . AND QUATED HER $400 . WHEN SHE WENT TO PICK UP HER CAR THE OWNER CHARGED HER $800 . SHE HAD TO PLED WITH THEM BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE MONEY. FINALLY AFTER SHE DROVE CAR HOME HAD HER SON IN-LAW LOOK UNDER HOOD ..THEY DID NOT REPAIR THE ISSUE PROPERLY. AND BROKE PEIECES ALONG THE WAY. I WAS AMAZED AT THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Unqualified!! Was towed there and told them to check the fuel pump. They called saying water was low and needed a hose as it was not the fuel pump. They changed the hose and didn’t even fill it up with water!!!! A few days later experienced the same problem. Got the car to a qualified shop and it was found to have a very dirty fuel filter!!!!
