Called the shop on a Sunday for my father-in-law who had a burned bearing. Drove across the HWY let him use the shop and helped him get back on the road. Even called later in the day to make sure he was still going good.

Wrecker arrived to tow my 42’RV within the time given and Tyler Dawson did a great job explaining the procedure and safety items. He took great care not to do any damage. You could tell he was a real professional. I highly recommend this company.
Great guys! Had a penumatic trailer bushing replaced. These wonderful men had to Locate and order a speciatially tool that cost more than it did to order the part and replace the bushing. Huge shout out to Jason and Greg getting a job well done that they had to go above and beyond the call of duty!
Bubba is amazing. Volvo/Mack sent me there for a small repair on my 2023 Mack Anthem at 1700. He stayed late to accommodate me so I didn't have to spend any more time than necessary. I highly recommend that anyone with a Mack or Volvo do business with them. Be sure to ask for Bubba.
Long story short, our company had to recently switch from another wrecker service that we have used for years and years and Chapman Wrecker Service was the first one we landed on so we figured we'd give em a shot. All I can say is I am glad we did. These guys are extremely professional, fast, and dependable. Can not say enough good things about them. I’m all about boosting services when they are on par or better. That being said Chapman Truck Service will NOT receive any recommendations or repeat business from myself. They’re service was subpar and equipment was not working properly. I had to use my truck to air up the replacement tires because the service truck compressor wouldn’t stay running. $800 for two used tires ($175 a piece) and a service call is outrageously expensive.
Jeff the owner went way out of his way to help secure my broke down trailer. Tyler and his crew did an amazing job securing my trailer and getting it to the destination. 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a heavy load towed. I couldn't have made it through today without their help.

On Oct 12, 2022 I broke down in an intersection of 281 and Clinton Rd. in the Hill Country town of Burnet, TX in my company's CMV, I did a quick search on the internet and came across these guys, I'm glad I did, and you will too. The dispatcher that answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable but unfortunately I didn't get his name, the driver Tyler D. Showed up within 15 minutes of the call and towed me down to San Antonio, very friendly and courteous, we shared good ol' truck driving stories from days gone by and a bunch of laughs.....Will definitely be recommending this towing service to my coworkers, family & friends!
I thought I posted this months ago, so I am way behind the 8-ball but Chapman came to my rescue to tow my RV last August on FM 1431 during a move from Houston to my new location in Marble Falls.I was making a regular/legal left turn from the middle turn lane, and someone behind me decided to try and pass me on the left in the oncoming traffic lane! Needless to say I had to jerk the rig to the right and I was on a downhill at that point so I had to slam on my brakes. They pretty much fried out so I couldn't drive it anywhere. It was a Saturday night at 5:30 p.m., but the owner came and towed me to my new RV Park that evening. Absolutely great guy, fabulous service, watching him work I could tell he was extremely professional, I won't go to anybody else for any towing! Thank you again and sorry so late!!!
I just wanted to think Chapman wrecker service for coming so late to unlock my car I called every towing company in Burnet Texas and no body would come I was so blessed to that Chapman wrecker service answered my phone call I recommend every one to use the service, he was such a nice man
Very dependable and prompt service with decades of experience. He can take care of your needs. Towing, winch outs, swap outs, etc. If you’re in a jam, Jeff Chapman is your man. Great guy to deal with and very reasonable. If I had a truck need in the Georgetown, TX area, Chapman’s would be my first call.
