Horrible, called and made sure they had a part, drove 3 hours to the only address listed under the number listed, get there and I call gates locked, guy pretty much tells me oh well, would never even try to use this place again
I Called in the a.m. for a part a few minutes before Opening and I believe his name was
Johnny be very Polite and Curtious and returned The Call as well unfortunately the part was not located by very indeed helpful and Polite as they have been in prior years So as needed I will call upon them π
I am extremely pleased with this place. Very helpful. My parents were out from California for Christmas and there cooling fan went out on there car. Burnet auto salvage didn't have it but they went above and beyond and said they could get an aftermarket one and cheaper than the dealer.
Also very nice didn't charge us to walk in like many other junk yards
It would be nice if these junkyards would make some effort to pick up the nails and screws and stuff so you don't have to worry about getting a flat just by driving into their parking area
Guys know their stuff. Told him what I needed, he looked it up on the computer, we went out got into the yard, got everything I needed, paid for it and went on with my day. Good customer service, will definitely be using them in the future!
The whole crew at this yard rocks. I work in the auto industry and visited many part houses. The prices are good and service was great. Gonna be my first call for used parts.
We did not get the right part and the help was an expert on those vehicles sonit was disappointing ...that said that staff was friendly and i believe it was an honest mistake . We will likely visit again
Awesome experience with this business!! Called looking for a part, they had it in stock and at the best price I found after an entire weekend of looking around. The best part was, business was slow enough that they delivered it to my mechanic the same day instead of the next day!!! Now that is outstanding customer service!!
They don't let you walk around and pick what you want and if you return something you only get credit to buy something else they won't return your money. The rest is okay
