Car repairs are never fun but this shop made the process very easy from start to finish. They prioritize safety above anything else and spent time explaining to me what was a priority fix on my car for safety and what could be done later. I did not feel like they were just trying to make money. They send a detailed breakdown of what your car needs with pricing and wait for you to approve before starting the work so everyone is on the same page. I dealt with Will who explained everything and answered all my questions. My experience with them was exceptional and based on the help and guidance they provided me I can tell they really care about their customers, not just making money. They made suggestions to the repairs I was going to do to make sure that I would get the full warranty which is great because otherwise I wouldn’t have known. I have even referred my mom there for next time she needs car repairs.

I can’t say enough great things about this shop! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Heather was phenomenal! Her communication was clear, consistent, and refreshingly professional. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was explained and every question was answered with genuine care. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service and transparency. Kevin, the mechanic, is a true craftsman. You can tell he takes immense pride in his work. Everything was done meticulously and efficiently. My vehicle runs better than it has in years, and it’s all thanks to his expertise and attention to detail. Jacob was also incredibly helpful, stepping in whenever needed to make sure the process was seamless. I have a 1983 Bronco that sat for about a decade and needed some TLC. CrossTech was upfront with all of the costs and made sure I signed off before they began the work. Lots of misc work and converted to EFI. I am extremely happy with the work done and now my Bronco is road worthy and runs great. The staff were great and super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

My car broke down over the weekend and they helped me get it to them even when they were closed. Their prices are so great! Their service is amazing. They replaced parts, rotated and filled my tires, checked my breaks. They are all so kind and explained things in a way that made sense to me and was not condescending. I sometimes feel car places try to take advantage of those with a lack of car knowledge, not Cross Tech, they’re the best and good people. I HIGHLY recommend

Went to the shop and was greeted immediately by 2 very nice gentleman. Was having electrical issues with my truck. They took me home and said they would get back to me the next day with a diagnosis Well he called in less than 2 hours and said they had it fixed. Went in and picked it.up and they said to drive around so the computer could re learn and to come.back and let them know if it solved the problem. We'll yes it did, these guys are the best! All 4 of my experiences having to take my 2020 Chevy Suburban in have been AMAZING!!!! The office, Amanda & Heather Also, Will & all the guys there definitely do not hesitate to answer any of your questions to make sure that you Fully understand what work you’re having done! I’ve taken my car in there multiple times because my car is getting up there in mileage &. It’s needing some maintenance and they have been happy to take on anything and tackle it. They take care of it very quickly & get you back on the road ASAP! I have never had any issues with asking questions and getting the correct answer with an elaborate description of what is happening. I don’t know about vehicles and for them to break it down for me to understand what’s going on is very useful and I appreciate that they take the time out to fully explain and make sure you’re aware of what’s going on. I will continue to take my car there for maintenance and any other issues I have because of the type of integrity this business holds!

CrossTech Automotive has been awesome! They have recommended a tow company to bring our truck in, they do quality work, they have even come in on the weekend to finish working on one of our vehicles. They delivered our truck to our house once they completed the repairs on it. This shop is owned by some great folks. If you need work on your vehicle don’t hesitate to reach out to them.

This place was a godsend ! My car started haveing problems dyeing on me right after Christmas and with 4 kids and a tight budget our safety was their first concern ! The staff is so friendly and I truly felt like they cared about helping me get back on the road , I also received list of some other issues my car was having and they are helping me get those checked off in order of safety first . It so refreshing finding a shop I know has my best interest and budget in mind when having to bring my car in ,And they are kid friendly !!!

Anyone needing any car work done in central Texas I highly recommend going to CrossTech Automotive they treat you like family there! I had an appointment for an estimate to get my latch fixed and They fixed my latch on my camper shell in about 10 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime! Huge blessing to my day! Money is tight for just about everyone right now and I’ve used them for a few repairs in the past and they’ve always been honest - done great work and best pricing!

They were very helpful and explained everything to me. Very professional and the prices were not outrageous like most shops! I finally found an auto repair shop I can trust! I needed an oil change and they got it done super quick. They also checked my tires and noticed a screw in one of them. Unfortunately not repairable. I didn’t have time to wait for a tire. They ordered it and opened their doors for me in a Saturday which was the only day I could get it done. Amazing family owned and operated establishment. I highly recommend them.

Honestly I don't trust anyone with my vehicle especially out of town. Will gave me his word on a time my vehicle would be ready. And may I say he did honor his word. Outstanding work great customer service. Felt I was at home thanks again.

CrossTech Automotive provided exemplary customer service to correct a previous mechanic's work through extraordinary extensive testing and troubleshooting. Throughout the entire duration of working on my 2015 Nissan Rogue, the team provided regular and detailed updates with findings. With the lack of error code and unprecedented violent shaking and jolting of my car, it was quite impressive the dedication and determination the crew had to resolve. The shop also installed a beautiful new transmission in my 'Grocery Getter'. CrossTech Auto should be added to your contact list as your honest and down-to-earth local mechanic!

A young lady I know living here with her family in another country was experiencing issues with her vehicle. She works 2 jobs and rents a room from someone just to make a better life for herself. I made a facebook post asking if anyone knew a mechanic that might could help her as she could not afford to have it towed to a shop. Amanda reached out on a Saturday volunteering their time to check out the vehicle. They were able to diagnose the issue and repair it.The young lady now has a safe vehicle to drive to work and they refused to take money from her. It's nice to know there are still good people that are willing to help others. Please support this local business. Highly recommend. Great work, amazing ethics and a true servant's heart.

So rare to find honesty nowadays. The owners and their technicians dealt with some major issues on my Jeep Wrangler. The entire process started with accurate diagnosis and then CrossTech following up with clear itemized, professional estimates with fair pricing.During the actual work phase they were in touch with me about what they were finding and even sent pictures.The work was performed at a high level and completed when promised.When I picked up my Jeep they showed me the damaged parts and discussed causes and offered ideas how to minimize future problems. I have finally found my auto repair go to company!

This Shop was referred to me by someone in town. Apparently this is the only shop to go to if you have vehicle. They did a great job for me at a fair price. I don’t know what else you can ask for.

They did a great job. Brought the car in for routine maintenance and they found a couple issues I hadn't been aware of that needed to be addressed. They went the extra mile staying late to make sure my car was finished because I needed to have it back for a trip i was going on the next day. Very happy with my experiences here and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for any future work.

I had an emergency starter replacement needed. CrossTech was awesome and was able to replace my starter fast. I called on a Thursday night just before closing and I was able to drop my truck off that night. They even offered to stay late until I was able to get there. The next morning by 9:30 my truck was able to go. They also found my reading low on my battery, but I let them know it was still under warranty at O’Reilly. They called O’Reilly for me and changed that out also under warranty!!! Amazing customer service. The people there are great, and the communication throughout the whole process was fantastic also. I will definitely use them in the future!!! I Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. Good honest mechanics that really know how to take care of the customer. Mr. Will, Ms. Amanda, and Ms. Cassie really go above and beyond to help. Ms. Cassie even offered to give me a ride from and to the shop. Mr. Will is an excellent mechanic. I needed a wiper arm replaced as well, Ms. Amanda did all the research, and she informed me that Mr. Will was able to get it working without having to get additional parts (which saves $$$) Now, tell me an auto shop that will do that. When you take your car here, you will not go anywhere else. I should won't be. Thanks again for all you do. Update: 3/1/2024: Had my wife's car worked on yesterday and today. I will continue to go here. No other place is this honest.

I called CrossTech yesterday morning about my terrible brakes. Before I knew it, I was in their office getting my car looked at, then my brakes were fixed and I was on my way. They were genuinely concerned for my safety and getting the repair done quickly. They are professional, courteous, fast, convenient… I’ll never go anywhere else.

Family-owned business who are extremely friendly, honest and do wonderful work at a fair price. Their superior quality and service is incredible and the property/building/tools/equipment are top notch as well. Extremely well priced and experienced, the owner is a wonderful man who cares about his community. He is a skilled mechanic that actually cares and is considerate of people. His wife is extremely knowledgeable as well and a huge advocate in the community. I recommend to anyone and everyone I know to please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle here if you want amazing service and fantastic communication for a fair and decent price from genuinely all around great people! It was great meeting Will & Amanda the owners, hear their story, and their office staff is also friendly and respectful. CrossTech Auto was very transparent with all work being needed to fix our AC issue and strive to provide the best they can by either replacing old original parts or servicing the broken existing ones. Their prices are competitive and they go out of their way to help every customer. They even provided a list of things they suggest being fixed at a later date, but do not push you to do the work like other auto shops I’ve been to over the years. We will be repeat customers!!!

Needed some front end work, exhaust manifolds and some other misc. things done. One of the owners drove 4 hours round trip when the vender sent one of my manifolds to the wrong place. That night they stayed until 9:00pm to install because I needed my truck for work. The next week it was time to finish the rest, they stayed late again because I needed my truck. There was an annoying exhaust leak after. They worked on it again for extended hours and found a flaw (hole) in the new part. They made it right and now my truck is much better. Great prices for the amount of work done and customer service was superb. The young guy in the front could communicate a little more but hey, perfection isn't for this life and shop logistics are probably tricky. Outstanding folks. Rare to find a shop like this. I haven't left an online review in over 10 years. I’m not that guy, but these folks earned it. I will be back when the time comes.

CrossTech Automotive knocked it out of the park again. They did a restoration on both headlights. It was quick and professionally done. Will even made sure my headlights were properly aligned. Now my headlights shine bright. Here are before and after photos.
