I can’t recommend Charlie’s Wrecker Service enough! Charlie and his family truly went above and beyond when we broke down on the side of the road with our horses. From the moment they stopped to help, they treated us with so much kindness and compassion.
Not only did they take care of our vehicle, but they also made sure our horses had shade and plenty of water while we waited. Their genuine concern for both us and our animals meant more than we can put into words during such a stressful situation.
It’s rare to find people who care this much. We are incredibly grateful for Charlie and his family and highly recommend Charlie’s Wrecker Service to anyone who needs honest, dependable, and compassionate help.
They are extremely professional and fast. I was traveling this weekend early in the morning on Father’s Day and needed help. Thomas was very professional and kind and got me and my son on our way very quickly. If I’m ever around Clifton again I will definitely use them.
The company has been harassing us by repeatedly calling us, claiming that we had requested a tire change. However, we have informed them that we never made such a request. Despite our efforts to stop the calls, they continue to contact us, leaving us with messages accusing us of being a scam. Furthermore, they have gone so far as to leave a negative review on our Google page. This situation is unacceptable, and we urge you to conduct thorough research before disseminating false information about us.
Last night, my car was stuck behind a store. Brakes are really not good. My son had called a different tow and gave him an hour and a half waiting time. When I came to him, I remembered Charlie's Wreck Service, which is a local tow company. I called and was promised I wasn't gonna wait 1hr and a half. I actually wait less than 30 mins!!! It was hot, humid last night, and I wasn't happy about my car wasn't "drivable." Then here comes my shining horse with Mr Thomas to rescue! He was fast, nice, and cared enough before he put me on back to see if my car was indeed drivable after to find out a certain new driver did not push emergency brake down. After, Mr. Thomas indeed realize my car break was no longer safe for me to drive home. He cared for our safety and towed me home. "Better to be sorry," he said. He is also very knowledgeable about what info I need for my car insurance in hopes I get reimbursement! Thank you to who took call at Charlie's and for Mr. Thomas!!
The driver knew his job well as he was quick and efficient. Most importantly he set me at ease in the dark in the middle of nowhere. He made follow up calls to ensure the job was completed satisfactorily. Definitely the best service I have experienced.
I called these guys to unlock my 2007 1500 silverado at my workplace. The guy was friendly & professional. The owner was real nice & gave me a deal on price. I was in a hurry to take care of something & they got me up & running . I would recommend them
This man went to tow a friend out of the mud and got his truck stuck in the mud before doing anything to my friend's vehicle. The property owner saved the day and pulled them both out with his tractor. The tow truck driver never thanked the property owner for saving the day. However, he refused to return my friend's debit card until after running it and charging her $175.00 for doing absolutely nothing. He not only did not thank the property owner, but he never offered to pay him for getting his tow truck out of the mud or for his time, yet felt it acceptable to charge my friend for services he did not provide. Do not trust this man, he is a thief. Do not use his services because he is a man of no morals, no standards, and no character.
Update in response to Charlie's comment. Sir, did you pay the property owner at my friends location for his time and fuel to pull your vehicle out of the mud? No, you did not. You charged her $175.00 for YOU to get YOUR TOW TRUCK STUCK IN THE MUD, resulting in her having to get the property owner to tow both of you out. You didn't even pull her vehicle out after getting pulled out yourself, the property owner with the tractor pulled you both out. All you did was show up, cause a bigger issue to then charge her $175.00 yet you didn't pay to get towed out or even say thank you to the owner who saved you from an even bigger embarrassment of calling to get towed out yourself. The man with the tractor saved you from either having another tow truck come out to pull you out or being charged by another tow company to pull you out. You did not complete any towing services for Denise. What you have done is unethical, and if you are unwilling to refund her I will be getting in touch with Better Business Bureau, as a homeowner in the area I find this type of behavior unacceptable. I was stuck in the mud in the middle of kind of nowhere. Happy to get his help. He got stuck in the mud before he could even get to my car. So the owner of the property pulled both of us out with the tractor. The only thing that he did, the tow truck driver was hooked the chain to my car and he charged me a $175. And the more I think about it, the more upset I get, there is no reason for that. He didn't pay the owner for towing him out, but he charged me a 175 for the owner to tow me out, don't call this guy ever. He is a rip off.
While staying at a hotel in Clifton for my mom’s funeral in Meridian I accidentally locked the keys in my truck. I called Charlie’s and they gave me the number for Thomas. I got in touch with him and he came by asap to unlock my truck. Great people and great service. Thank you.
Love Charlies wrecker service & the fact that hes extremely affordable & family friendly! My husband is his driver & he wouldnt wanna be anywhere else!
