Came in today to get my battery changed and Cat truly went above and beyond helping me with my car. First helping me with my warranty, then changing the battery, and even cleaning off the corrosion left from the old battery. I couldn’t recommend going in to see her enough

If I could give zero stars, I would. The so-called “manager” Trent is the absolute worst. Rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I've had two separate interactions with him, and both times he treated me like I was an idiot — clearly talking down to me just because I’m a woman. He refused to honor a perfectly valid return and acted like he was doing me a favor just by speaking to me. His tone was arrogant, dismissive, and downright nasty. I’ve worked with cars long enough to know when someone’s being intentionally disrespectful, and this guy made it painfully clear he has zero interest in treating customers like actual human beings. I’ll never set foot in this store again, and I suggest anyone expecting basic decency steer clear too. Due to this experience I had to go to a different location where I was treated with respect and my return was honored.

I walked into that store to get my vehicle check engine light red the lady in there told me that she can't do it right now because there's nobody else there and to wait 15 minutes I waited 15 minutes outside nobody even came out and nobody else showed up

I found myself stranded when my battery died on my relatively new vehicle. After a jump start (note to self: always carry a Halo Bolt jump starter in your vehicle - worth its weight in gold), I started calling places for a battery. A mechanic friend recommended O’Reilly, so I called the one on Pat Booker. RJ told me they had three in stock for my vehicle. He explained which was the most cost effective, which had the best warranty, and which was the best rated. He was conscious of my budget and honest. He didn’t try to upsell me or take advantage of me (which has usually been my experience when it comes to vehicle repair and maintenance). He told me to ask for him when I got there and then he installed the battery for me while I watched. I was so very thankful for his honesty and his customer service. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Can be a wait sometimes at thisblocation, but on my most recent visit, they redirected people from other areas to the register when 3 people lined up to checkout. I was taken care of quickly. Staff at this location have always been friendly.

Horrible service did not even attempt to help recommended to my 18 year old daughter she take it the 12year old car to a dealership to see if they could help! We wanted help checking the fuse for the anti theft system as the light was on and they sent her away! Do not recommend using O’Rileys!

The place is well kept, clean and stocked. However for whatever reason, the staff doesn't seem to be glad to be employed there. On a few occasions I've overheard the employees murmuring about the boss or another staff member. That kinda puts a damper on wanting to come back to that store

SHOUT OUT to Michael!!! My brake light was out on my truck so I came to O'Reilly to get a bulb to fix it. Michael was very knowledgeable, and offered to replace tge bulb for me. He was Totally Amazing and a True Angel. I will DEFINITELY be back!!! **Not able to post his picture.

We’ve always had a great experience at this location but today was even more exceptional. Grace helped my fiancé comb through parts since he has a project truck with an engine block from another vehicle and we’re not sure what it’s from. Long story short, she stuck with the search and was really helpful and went above and beyond what we expected. 10/10

Best quality parts available locally versus competitors. Plus, the Pat Booker location a sub distribution center for it's district (almost got upgraded to a DC before the latest one got added). What they don't talk about or advertise is that most of their house brand ceramic brake pads are made by Bosch! I know cuz I used to help manage.

I just left so happy bc Chuck helped me out so much and he was running around to get me in and out. I don't expect them to run around for me or to do it every time but that was nice to see. Whent the extra mile for me in taking care of my battery and new model windshield wiper concerns and questions. Very helpful and very nice man. I had to come and review to give it up for Chuck at this location. Him and his team will take care of you good.

I have a renewed faith in humanity after frantically getting to O’Reillys thinking I was gonna have to spend a ton of money to have my car towed to a dealership. The young lady behind the counter, Cat, came out and determined all I needed was a new battery. She went outside with her tools and never messed up her pretty manicure and changed out my battery and then informed me that mine was still under warranty and I didn’t have to pay a dime! I was close to tears and wanted to hug her!!!

This is my favorite automotive store, but after today's experience that might be changing. I was only in the store for less than 5 min and in that time I dealt with a young man whose lack of professionalism and respect was out the door. Very dissappointed with his customer service and hope he gets some kind of write up from the manager or suspension. Totally uncalled for behavior. No one should ever walk in to an establishment and be blatantly disrespected. It's not ok for anyone to treat someone the way that I was treated here today.

Went to that place at 6:20pm on 3/24/21 there was one attendant and all he was doing is going back and forth on his deliveries by the door on a shelf writing notes he saw me standing there for more then 5min. the store was empty and he just pretended it like there was no one there and all I need it was some brake fluid too bad we got this kind of stores with bad service in our neighborhood Long story short I walked out and went down the road to auto zone and I must say they are professional and they take care of your car need and questions in no time....

At times I feel auto part store are somewhat he same but this one was a time it wasn't. Staff was rude and not willing to help when asking for assistance. I was happy to take my business elsewhere.

This location is great! My car battery died and the only thing I know about batteries are the positive and negative charges lol. But they helped me find a new battery (AND IT WAS THE CHEAPEST OUT OF EVERYWHERE I CALLED), they lent the tools needed to replace the battery, and even gave a discount because I turned in the bad battery. I know all auto places are usually the same, but the people here are amazing and thats why I gave 5 stars.

Greeted with a smile! Employee who helped me is Brittany. She was very patient with my 4 kids & I. As i had to stop what i was doing for my kids at times. Very knowledgeable & helpful! Will definitely be coming back!

Today on October 16 2017 around 1030.i was ignored by a black man between the ages of 38-60.,while he was making small chat with a female co worker. I had a battery in my hand and he proceeded to make small talk with the female for well over 2 min.That is ridiculous I was only 2 ft away so there was no reason he had to ignore me a paying customer. So I asked the gentleman if I could get some help here.He immediately looked at me like there was something wrong.Well ya there is not only did you just ignoree plainly , gave me no kind of greeting ,and didn't even offer to carry my battery, I honestly felt he had a problem carrying a customer's battery.WOW. So a few min go by and I notice someone staring at me well guess who it was.The same Black Man from earlier and when we made eye contact the gentleman slammed a box of what looked like anti freeze,not once but three times the whole time staring at me. Not only was this some of the most petty behavior I ever witnessed from. A man his age. He also reminded me of a spoiled kid. I could not believe this so I took my business elsewhere. I did not get his name so he was described like this for those reasons. I was going to buy a new pair of wipers and cleaning products.But screw that I refuse to give my money to anyone who lacks the respect customers deserve. O'Reilly's you just lost a very valuable customer. Sorry but not.
