Had my car at the shop for 3 weeks. They had no communication with me. I had to call every couple days just for them to say they haven't got around to it. Finally I called and they said just come pick it up that they couldn't get around to it. My car just kept getting pushed to the back of the line. Won't go back again. The fix was a simple wire was cut and they just wanted to take their time and waste mine.
Always get fast friendly and great service. Have been taking our vehicles to Dean's for the 2 and 1/2 years we have been in Texas and highly recommend them.
I left my car with them few times and I am thrilled to have a mechanic shop I trust. My truck means a lot to me. They are trustworthy and I recommend them to anyone who is willing to listen. They are great.
It’s been a few months since I had my car at Dean’s for some steering column and A/C work. I must say, Dean’s is one of the most professional and courteous shops I have ever dealt with. I took my car in on the scheduled day, and by the next day I had received a call about the repairs needed. Every day afterwards, I would get a call from Dean about the status on my car. In the end, the work done was absolutely what I wanted and price was more than fair. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go. Thanks Dean!
If I could give more stars, I would. Not only did they fix our problem quickly and on time with their estimate, they provided the best customer service I have had in years. They also got the previous company who did the work on our vehicle to pay for it, because it was the their fault. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any auto work!
I went to Dean's Automotive for a couple of things. One dealing with a tire issue. Come to find out that where I had purchased tires they did not tighten bolts. Dean's crew did not catch it until second visit.
Second time I went to Dean's window switch broken. He quoted me $ 274 dollars to replace switch. Doing some research I found the part on Amazon for $25 and it took less than 6 minutes to install. Initially I thought Dean to be an honest fair man but when I was quoted that price for that service I was incredibly dismayed. Why do most mechanics take advantage of female customers? I'm fairly certain men's experience is quite different being that most men have a general idea of reasonable cost for repairs.
Great service and more than fair on pricing. They were extremely thorough on my car giving a sensor failure and went above and beyond to check all related systems without charging me an arm and a leg.
Super friendly and fair. If they find a problem, they call you to discuss options first. I have had a couple of times now where they tell me about the work they could do but probably would not do if it was their vehicle. Easy money for them but they realize needless work is not always the right thing for some people. If you want honesty and professionalism, this is the place.
i am a single female and i was worried that i would be taken advantage of by any shop i went to because i always have until i went to deans good christian people and i am blown away about the integrity of this place i take both my vehicles there when i even here so much as a rattle and they are always concerned and treat my vehicles with care i will never have to worry again about getting ripped off thank you all so much GOD BLESS sherri minter
They have the equipment and knowledge to repair cars that other mechanic shops can't figure out. Very honest people and reasonable prices. They have a very nice professional clean shop as well.
