Arrived early to Wrench-A-Part looking for hood (Allie), helped me with a list of vehicles and the row where they are located. Found a good hood quickly with the list and was walking back out with the hood to pay for it. Great customer service. Thank you Allie.

Place was quick and the staff was very friendly with a couple of bilingual speakers. I don’t remember who checked me in but he was very nice and shouts out to Pablo, he helped take out some stripped screws

Called this location asking about some pieces to my new project car and they said unfortunately they didn’t keep inventory on the cars…. So I left my number incase someone wanted to help me out. About a day later I get a text from someone who works there (jojo) and it was pictures of the pieces I needed showing me they were there so I knew the 3 hour drive would be worth it. Then the amazing Pablo and I had a laugh about it trying to figure out who was the magical stranger who texted me was. Great service and kind faces.

I go here at least once a week they have a lot of cars in stock and they bring vehicles everyday with a bunch of good parts, only reason for 4 stars is because every time i see the receipt they charge me a core charge for every single part, i guess is a new thing now, why y'all need a broken part for? If was understandable if you are going to refurbish and resell the part but this is not the case, they are just making you pay more for an used part
