my experience was a 5 stars this dude name is Jace he a chill dude made me feel comfortable and is an amazing guy!!! he also very talkative which made me feel at ease and made my situation a little better definitely should book asap
I want to say that being out of town and away from home. A vehicle breaking down is overwhelming. I googled wrecker services and this was the first option! I called and spoke to a male, very nice, explained the process as I have never had to call a wrecker service before. I waited about 15 minutes - which I felt was reasonable considering traffic on a Saturday afternoon. The service man pulled up and I probably looked like the worst damsel in distress. His name was Jace, I cannot remember his last name. From start to finish, the process was a breeze and service was top tier! Please reach out to them and let em "tow" you up!!!
I had my dodge charger picked up by Jace. He was very professional and easy going he kept me informed the whole time, handled my vehicle with care, great conversation on the road and easy and simple drop off. I love the customer service I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a tow from this company.

Jace picked up our car to tow to the dealership. Transmission was failing and Jace worked the vehicle into position and carefully moved it onto the tow truck. He was very upfront with each step of the process and was able to quickly get it loaded and on his way. Less than 30 minutes later the dealership called and said the vehicle was there and moving into the bay for analysis. Great job by Jace and the team I called at the office.
Needed a non-functional vehicle towed to the mechanic. Not only was the receptionist, Stacey, very kind and got my info quickly, but the driver was also excellent. Efren called me on his way to my location to verify the vehicle, address, and provide his eta. He was friendly and highly professional. Arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and loaded my vehicle without any issue. Didn't even block the neighborhood road during this! Needed Assistance for an Emergency long distance tow on a Sunday with my vehicle. 121 Towing sent Jace and he was friendly, professional, and made consistent and clear contact regarding pickup, transport, and drop-off and arrival details.

Working for a company that picks up vehicles for insurance companies you speak with a lot of tow yards. Jana at 121 Towing’s is top notch in customer service and always happy to help. Wish more dispatchers were as helpful as Jana!
We’ve used this tow company for years. The girls Stacey & Janna have always been more than helpful with anything we needed with fair pricing and Ephram somehow is who shows up to tow our cars. He’s always pleasant and quick to get the job done. Thanks to all of you for years of quality service.
I cannot say enough great things about 121 Towing! I am from out of state unfamiliar with the area when my battery died. My call was answered quickly. I wasn’t sure how to describe my exact location. Jana, the representative who took my call, was absolutely outstanding. She was patient, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable of the area. By simply asking me to name nearby businesses and cross streets, she was able to pinpoint my exact location without any hassle — which was a huge relief given the stress of the situation. Jana continued communicating updates until the driver arrived. The quality of service she provided really demonstrated her compassion.

Absolutely adored the service ! my boyfriends back tire blew off and Jace was our tow man , he was so helpful and understanding. Jana was our dispatcher and she made sure i was comfortable and called me on frequent updates regarding the location of the tow truck . 10/10 recommend!

We were stuck in the outskirts of Troy at 1 AM while it was 30 degrees outside. The lady that picked up the phone, Jan, was very kind and helpful, sending us the help we needed. And when the man, Efren, came to pick up our car, he got it done carefully and quickly.

Jace came by to pick up my Civic. Did a really great job, no damage on my vehicle. My car is about 3 inches off the ground on the front end, but he managed to get it safetly on the flatrack - no issues.
Before he got to my location, he gave me a call and told me his ETA, which was really calming.

Highly recommend Jace was more than helpful great customer service . Ended up not needing a toe because I got my car started and instead of being upset he was just happy I was able to get back on the road . Have used 121 towing in the past as well they are my go to thanks again !!
Extremely unprofessional. We gave the hour notice like posted was originally told a few hours which was completely fine. Called to get a follow up since I was at this point told 3 different things the owner decided to become extremely disrespectful and hatful. Proceeded to cuss at me on the phone, I even explained this was my first conversation with him and he was being hatful. We proceeded to come get the vehicle to only be met with more bad mouth and matter of a fact attitude. 10/10 don’t recommend. I’d rather push my car back home the to deal with the level of unprofessional this company showed. I work within this line of work and i have never came across such a hateful vile company. Will never be recommend this establishment. If you can have someone pull your vehicle you may as well other wise get ready to spend almost $1k for ONE NIGHT.
First off I want to say that my wife and I have had AAA for 10 years and this is the first time we’ve used them. AAA left us on the side of the road on a 3 lane highway headed from Belton to Killeen for almost 3 hours with no sign of someone coming to pick my son and I up due to a flat tire. I had no spare at the time. I started calling around to local towing companies and reached 121 Towing due to their good reviews. I spoke with Jana. First off I want to say that she was AMAZING. She tried her best to help me and my son. The company did not have a tow truck available at the time that could seat 2 passengers so we could ride with the tow truck to the dealership to get the tire replaced. Even though that was the case, Jana literally called every reputable company around our area to help us get towed and off the road. Even though that would mean we would be using someone else. She Genuinely cared about us and wanted to make sure we were ok. We did find a towing company that got us off the road, but I would not hesitate to call 121 towing anytime we need help if this were ever to occur again. We really appreciate you! Thank you Jana!
