Fair price for local towing . Nice people they try to help me tow my car at the gas station before people at the gas station call other towing company . He help me with my car and showing me how to work with it incase in the future if it happens again . Would recommend them to whoever need to tow there vehicles in town quick response very nice
They were so quick, efficient, empathetic (I had kids with me) and jump started my battery so I can get to the nearest place to buy a new one. Their prices are beyond fair and they are so super nice and knowledgeable
First off I want to say that my wife and I have had AAA for 10 years and this is the first time we’ve used them. AAA left us on the side of the road on a 3 lane highway headed from Belton to Killeen for almost 3 hours with no sign of someone coming to pick my son and I up due to a flat tire. I had no spare at the time. I started calling around to local towing companies and reached Caliber Towing due to their great reviews. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. She really appreciate her help and later found out she was Sam’s daughter. Sam, the owner came to get us 15 minutes later and had our Dodge Charger on a flat bed in 2 minutes which I felt was pretty impressive. He was very friendly and you could tell that he genuinely cared. We road with him and he took us to the dealership so we could get a new tire. He even let my 9 year old son use the controls to operate the flat bed tow truck after the car had been taken off. Sam made a bad experience turn into a great one. We highly recommend him and his company! Thank you!
On September 6, 2025. We were coming home from a vacation in our motorhome. We came out of the gas station and got right on the freeway on ramp. We noticed something wrong with the front end of our motorhome. We immediately pulled over and my husband checked to see if something was dragging. He found that we had a front flat tire. We’ve been with AAA for 28 years with motorhome plus coverage so I immediately called them and asked to have a tow vehicle sent to us that could accommodate a motorhome. At first we would we were told it would be 60 minutes, no one came. Then we were told it would be 45 minutes, no one came. Finally at 4:00 some clown arrived, and his tow vehicle clearly could not accommodate us. However, he spent 45 minutes, messing with our motorhome and almost tipped it over. He tried to put our two front tires in some contraption to lift them and tow the motorhome on the back tires. He caused damage in numerous places on our motorhome. Finally, he said he would take the tire off and take it to Discount Tires to get it repaired. I told him my husband would have to go with him as we have a warranty on our tires. He totally understood that. We were sitting behind the motorhome in our tow vehicle, waiting for the clown to take the tire off. After 15 or 20 minutes, my husband got out and looked in front of the motorhome. The guy was gone! He didn’t tell us he was leaving. He didn’t take off the tire. He was just gone! Luckily, in the meantime, I had called Caliber Towing and Repair. Tiffany was the dispatcher and she was so nice to me. It had been a very trying day and by this time I was crying. She told me that her tow guys Sam and Curtis, would be there very shortly. In less than one minute, I saw their tow truck lights behind us. Sam and Curtis were very professional and had our motorhome up on. their flatbed in record time. We followed them to Discount Tires. We were able to leave the motorhome in their parking lot because they were closed. We drove two hours home and came back on Monday to pick up our motorhome. I cannot tell you how much Tiffany, Sam and Curtis saved our lives on this day. We were on a freeway on ramp and thousands of cars and big trucks rumbled by. By the time, Sam and Curtis arrived, we had been sitting there waiting for assistance for four hours. I can’t give enough credit to all Caliber’s employees for their kindness and speedy assistance given to us. I know this is a long review, but please believe it when I say if you ever need towing in the Temple area, please call Caliber Towing and Repair. Thank you.
I called caliber towing to have my car towed from salado back to Belton they gave me a great price a older gentleman showed up made sure that I got safe in the tow truck cuz I was on the side of the freeway he loaded my car very quickly and got me to the shop with great conversation.Would highly recommend.
Awesome! They came to my aid quickly and helped to get my car in neutral so that it could be towed without damaging my car. They took extra precautions . Because my car is low and had special wheels , that it did not damage anything! Thanks Caliber!!
They picked up my rental and gave me and a friend a ride to the Killeen airport to pick up another rental from enterprise. They are the nicest people I have ever met. They had gone out of their way to drop me off.

I needed one of my cars towed from Killeen to Dallas so I reached out to a few towing services in the Killeen area for quotes. Caliber Towing was very responsive and reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Tiffany kept in contact with me and Mr. Sam was so nice. Highly recommend for anyone who needs towing in and around the Killeen area.

They were quick and charged about the same as any other tow company I've dealt with. I believe it's just a father/daughter operation. They do work Saturdays!
Lack of care and consideration. The dispatch was very rude and unprofessional. I had an emergency late at night and called them. The dispatch sounded tired and said she would have someone come out. I called back 30 minutes later and all I heard was a tv in the background. I called back several times each time there was no person just what sounded like a tv. Eventually someone did answer and the dispatch said I never called them. She said the tow was already dispatched somewhere else and I should call a different company. I was furious but at least now I know who I shouldn’t call in an emergency.
After having the worst day ever, Scott and Wendy were so wonderful and patient. Insurance was being difficult but they waited and helped bring on hold with the insurance for over 30 minutes. They brought a little brightness to my already stormy day. I highly recommend using this company.
I just called at 3:24pm to ask they they tow small trailers and the lady responded after a sigh. “What do you need” with an attitude. Sorry I was willing to pay for towing service from a company that is titled towing and recovery and my trailer is broken less than a mile from them.
Kind and very sincere customers service! Amazingly fair and honorable people. The owner is very family oriented and knowlegable. Could not have been more greatful for all there help and dedication to getting the job done ! I 100% recommend them. Both me and my husband are very pleased with there work. they went above and beyond what I could even imagine or exspect! Job well done guys ! I broke down last Wednesday and contacted USAA, they sent this company out to tow my all wheel drive vehicle. They loaded it into the flatbed, and we're very professional. It was absolutely wonderful meeting them and having great conversation as we went to drop the vehicle off at the dealership. They even went an extra step and dropped me off at my front door. When I broke down on the side of the road, they were definitely the first ones to respond. Nicest people you will ever meet! Price was right! And the customer service was even better. They went above and beyond what they had to do for me and I surely do appreciate it.
