Just wanted to share my recent experience with Tow Pros. I broke down last week in Muleshoe Tx. It was 5:00 pm every diesel shop was closed or closing in the area. On the side of the road, I was stressed out. I had no idea what I was going to do. I had my mother with me, and we were stuck. Found his number on the internet, and i go by reviews to select a place. From the moment that I spoke to Chad, I knew that I had made the right decision. He was kind and compassionate, and he really helped alleviate some of the stress. They went above and beyond, and that is not an understatement. They helped me get my vehicle to where it needed to go. They helped store it and even gave me recommendations on repair shops in the area. Even called some owners of the repairshops after hours, trying to help facilitate a repair after hours. I was on my way to my daughters cheer competition in Denton. They even got me to the next town to get a rental car. Billy was the driver who came to tow my vehicle, gave me and my mother a ride to the next town. He was amazing.. he was friendly like he had known us. He was a wealth of knowledge. After he took us to get a hotel and rental car. He even texted me when my vehicle was secured in Tow Pros Lot. I can't tell you how helpful these people were and how great they were. They went above and beyond even though they had other things going. I was able to make it to my daughters competition and then deal with the vehicle on the way back. If there was a way to give them a hundred stars, I would have given them 100 Stars. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a tow truck company or of their services. They are kind, compassionate, and caring in a world full of the opposite. Good decent people still exist in this world, and the people at Tow Pros are great examples. Chad and the boys were very friendly. Had a blown break chamber go out. I called them up and they had me going in no time. They even offered to bring me McDonald’s 11out 10 would recommend
Hit a deer in the middle of nowhere. Totaled the car. I was on the flatbed with the car within 1 hour of the call. Very nice conversation with the driver. Dropped us off at the McDonald's across from Enterprise Rent a car. Thanks for saving us from the road at 5am from the cold.
I would really like to give a huge thank you to the team at tow pros. Chad and the other gentlemen were very caring from the time they arrived on the accident site until the day his father in law helped us greatly to get a rental an hour away even down to helping find my dog that ran from the accident. I would like any and all people who interact with the team to know these gentlemen have been more than accommodating and went way above their call of duties to help my family and I and we are very grateful to have them. One day, we will see the team again to show our gratitude without the circumstances that arrived to get to know them for the kindness that they have in their hearts for all things they come across in their daily lives. Also, if anyone has seen my kid, please help me bring him home, and we dearly miss him.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Chad and the team for taking such great care of us they went way above and beyond the call of duty from the accident to even his father in law helping us get a rental car an hour away. I really hope you have the chance to interact with the team. Just know you will be in good hands and to know they are a god send for their line of work.

Chad was great. Picked me up in a timely manner, had great conversation during the tow. Really easy going guy I had a great experience. I didnt mind the AAA B.S because of his customer service. Thank you Chad.
They were amazing, highly recommend!! They handled everything in such a professional way. We didn’t have to wait they had a great response time for them being 45 mins out . Chad the owner took the call and he was on scene in less than an hour (with 1h ETA provided). Helped us out of a pretty serious jackknife. Even shared their spare airline for us to be able to get on the road ASAP.

First, off just want to say that Chad, went the extra mile to take care of us, our truck broke down about 20 miles out of the closest town, frustrated because it was around 5am and he came down and picked us up, very respectful and corteous. Even dropped us off at shop to have our vehicle Looked at. I would recommend him, if you happen to be traveling through muleshoe.
My daughter and I were stranded in Dimmitt, TX after my car had broke down. Chad was prompt, supportive and helped us in such a bad situation. Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable and taking care of us.
This is by far the worst tow company in THE state of Texas. They overcharged for ridiculous fees and turned a $200 tow into a thousand dollar tow. DO NOT USE this tow company because they will bully you by keeping your vehicle and force you to pay ridiculous prices. I hope they go out of business. Tow pros are absolute garbage!
This guy is amazing just when I need it the most gave him a call and did not even charge me to tow my truck and it was vandalized good person don’t even have the words to explain how good he treated us!!! 10/10 Most definitely recommend his service!!!
My husband and I got stranded in the middle of nowhere and Tow Pros came to our rescue. Both the owner and the driver were really friendly and professional. The driver even went out of his way to contact a mechanic ahead of time and found a hotel for my husband and I. I'm extremely grateful for the service Tow Pros provided. They also had the lowest rate per mile and were quick.
Drove all the way from Muleshoe, TX to causey, nm To winch our car out of a dirt embankment which tumbleweeds had made it difficult to navigate. He even took us the 1/4 mile home battling with tumbleweeds. Great and friendly service. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.😊
When tow places in Lubbock, Anton and Littlefield couldn't help us with our blown tire they recommended us to Tow Pros. Friendly services, fairly priced and we were back on the road in just over an hour. Very satisfied. Thanks Jerry!
I was stuck on the road for 4 hours today prior to calling them. They were fast, on time, and had exceptionally great service. Extremely nice customer support and very respectful. I definitely appreciated how fast everything was, would highly recommend their services!
Had an unfortunate run in with a deer (R.I.P) just outside of Muleshoe on the way to Plainview about 8ish at night in a small box truck. And it was pretty chilly out. Called these guys up and an extremely nice gentleman named Chad Nichols came to the rescue in no time. The service was excellent. Definitely would recommend this company.
We had a blowout on our travel trailer today, a Sunday, between Muleshoe and Portales. They came out and took care of us quickly. Super nice guy, even let my son climb up and check out his tow truck. Thank you!
Tow Pros were very professional and courteous. My daughter and I were in a wreck and they were there to help us out within a few minutes. The owner even sent his oldest daughter to come check on us because it was going to be few minutes before he got there. Overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service!!! WTG TOW PROS LLC.
