Awesome service! Ran out of gas between Sharon and Martin and Mr. Bruce was there within about 15 mins and got me back on the road. His wife Mrs. Julia is just the sweetest! I appreciate y'all coming out in the cold rain to get me going again!!

Tried to overcharge me by 180 bucks.. scammers and cheats!!! Don't go here or use this business!!! If they had zero stars, I would have chosen it.

Ive used the folks twice now and will never use anyone else. They provide fantastic service at a reasonable price . Call them for your needs. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I broke down at a gas station a mile from my house. Alpha had a wrecker there in maybe 15 minutes flat. Noah came on the scene and was extremely helpful. He kept things light in what is always a frustrating situation. I'm giving five stars because that's as many as it will let me. If I break down in Martin again, they'll be my first call.

Great rates and friendly drivers. Hope i don't break down again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. They were fast and know their stuff.

Alpha Towing and staff are without question are beyond reproach. The staff are the kindest , most respectful politest profession business people I have seen in a long time. They will go out of their way to take care of their customers under any circumstances. They sponser a team in each of the city run team sports programs for kids. They have helped veterans with a multitude of things. Just thought people ought to know just a little bit about Alpha Towing, cause they won’t toot their own horns. Julia you are the bomb!!!!

Alpha towing is amazing, they are always ready to help and don't just do towing. They go above and beyond for their job and if you ever need advice on batteries they sell those too and the prices are great!

Bruce was dispatched via AAA and no sooner than I was alerted from my AAA app that a driver had been assigned, Julia called me to of course confirm my info, but continued to stay in touch with status updates. Bruce arrived, got my vehicle loaded and got me to my destination with no problems. Without a doubt, a great experience regardless of the circumstances. Thank you both for getting me and vehicle home, and have a wonderful and safe time on your upcoming trip!

Second time my husband Gary fox has had to use them and they come through again for us they are a great group the said he will not do business with anyone else along as they can get to him or his family members thank you alfa towing for the professional operation of all great towing company

My truck blew a tire in Martin after business hours so I called Alpha Towing. They sent a nice young man who was a hard worker and very professional. He quickly changed my tire and aired up the spare so I was able to drive it. Excellent service and good people. I definitely recommend them!

I personally didn't have to use them but a mother and her kids was broke down across from my house and let me tell you that not only did they come quickly but the guy was super nice and did a great job with loading her car with no damage to it .. If I ever need a tow they will for sure be my first call...

Delightful, comfortable and fun tow even during time of distress! Bruce and Julia were such a blessing to meet and ride with from Paris, TN to Memphis TN. I was having car problems and called a tow from AAA. They arrived swiftly, made the ride very comfortable and were super friendly and fun. Even though I was super stressed out, they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area and even anyone who seeks a quality, professional tow service! Hope to never break down again in the Paris TN and Martin TN area but if I do, I will specifically ask for them!

I was 2 hours away from home when my car broke down. I had no idea what I was going to do. I called this company and not only were they willing to come tow my car home, but they put me at ease as well. The price was very reasonable. Within about an hour, they were on their way. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

They were so nice and did their best to help me. I have a moped and the back tire was flat I had no clue what to do. There was no where in this area that I knew of that worked on bikes yet alone my brand of moped. He not only said he would tow it but he helped me figure out where to buy a new tire from and find someone to put it on.

Alpha towing is a very reliable company with exceptional employees that go out of the way to help anyway they can. My family, friends, and myself have used them many times over the last few years without any complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend them for any of your towing needs.
