Just called for a $50 transfer case encoder motor, an electronic part that bolts to side of transfer case with 3 15mm bolts. Tells me he won't sell it separately, that i have to buy entire transfer case that i don't need for $200. Can buy brand new encoder motor for $130 and not have to buy extra parts that won't be used. Salvage yard, yea right
Just called and asked if they had any parts for my car and the response was “nope we have never really kept parts here” idk if I got the wrong number or what
I called this place on 5/22/ 2017 to get my old junk car towed and sold for a fair price. The guy answering said after the tow bill I'd be looking at getting only $50. I called Travis Campbell at Right way towing 833-6570 and he towed my car and paid ME $300 for it. Screw you Bone Yard.
My car sat at the body shop for over a month waiting on them to come get it. I called about 10 times and each time they just gave me the run around and beat around the bush so I went somewhere else.
I give them one star because I cant give any less. This place is extremely overpriced. I found the shift linkage I needed online for almost half the price and NEW not used from a JUNKYARD. If you need to go to a junkyard go to Evans Honda in Hampton,TN. Its about 40 minutes away from the bone yard but prices are way better and a more friendly and helpful staff. Also 421 Junkyard in Bristol is a good place to buy parts too.
