I want to share my amazing experience with affordable towing they were very professional and calmed me down on the phone as I was very scared as I had just ran my car into a ditch. they calmed me down and they were there within just a few minutes!!!! Even before the police! The lady and the gentleman got right to work and everybody around was saying that the car was stuck in it was not going to be able to be towed out that's what the police were saying and onlookers, but affordable towing showed them! They got it out and it actually drove home, and they have such good prices that I wouldn't go anywhere else especially, because of their professional and caring nature! You can just relate to them and the fact that they try harder even when the job looks impossible they still will try their best to do it and make sure your car gets out and that you're safe. Love this company! I put it above all other towing companies I've been through Maupins Auto repair towing and I swear they took over an hour they charged me out the wazoo and they were very rude, over charged me so I'll never go with Maupins Auto repair again! Definitely we'll be going with affordable towing 10 times out of 10 maybe 11 times out of 10! Get good business through affordable towing....they are like family! They tow the line when others can't lol!
Service was great! I called for towing after my car had slid off the road and they responded very promptly. I didn’t catch the drivers name, but he was very kind and reassuring, which helped me calm down a bit after the accident. It was also very affordable compared to other towing companies in the area. If you’re in a pinch I would 100% recommend calling them!
Well they sent us another Affordable Towing which was on Ash Street in Johnson City T.N. We sat there for close to to an hour then we get to to go to a completely different place we’re still waiting and its now going on an hour and a half the fee was crazy expensive 360.00 now we’re having to wait another 20 minutes because he’s been out on another call never ever use this place but if the Sheriffs office tows the car your going to wait until it’s convenient for these people to get here. So take it from there me and my friend that is in a wheelchair don’t use this place ever . Worst towing company in Johnson City Tennessee.
last night my starter went out up the street from my house at Walgreens Affordable Towing was the only tow service that come through they were fast to be there and to pick up the phone. and got my car home affordable rates and Joe the gentleman that helped was wonderful would call on them anytime.
We had to have my daughters car towed tonight from Walgreens on Broadway to our house on the Fairview Ave. The tow truck arrived in 20 minutes and the driver Joe was very friendly and courteous. He was very experienced. We are very greatful for the speedy service of this company and the friendly greetings. Keep up the excellent work. This company will be recommended to all of our family and friends.
Tonight I lost my car keys at work, and I honestly had no idea what I was going to do. When I bought my 2016 push-to-start Kia last year from Kia of Johnson City, it didn’t come with a spare—so you can imagine how stressed I felt in that moment. I called Affordable Towing, and they sent out Joe. When I say this man saved the day, I truly mean it. He was originally going to tow my car 23 miles home for just $100 (which was cheaper than anyone else in the area). But when I explained my situation, Joe went above and beyond. He made a call to a friend who’s a locksmith—Shelton Mobile Lock & Key—and arranged for them to come out and make me a new key on the spot. Joe absolutely did not have to do that. He could have just towed my car and been done, but instead, he stayed with me and my daughter until the locksmith arrived. He made sure the key worked, made sure we were okay, and only then went on his way. That kind of compassion and care is rare to find. I cannot thank Joe and Affordable Towing enough. They will definitely be my go-to for any roadside needs from now on. Five stars without a doubt!
My car had stalled out and my lady contacted affordable towing to get the car home. We were assisted by a gentleman named Joe who took excellent care of us and the car AND arrived a little earlier than we were advised. Impressive driving and positioning on arrival home by him; a true pro (when I complimented him he mentioned he had 29 years experience) and even offered some thoughts and insights on why my car stalled out in the first place. We were really grateful for his experience and kind assistance. Definitely recommended.

I am very satisfied with affordable towing. I had car issues last week and this week leaving me stranded. With the help of Google I came across this company so I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had. They answer the phone right away and was able to get my car towed to the mechanic in a very timely manner. Very reasonable price. The man who actually did the towing was very polite and efficient. Will definitely recommend using this company to anyone.
Joe arrived within 15 min and picked me up on the way to get my car at the gas station so I didn’t have to walk a mile back to my car in the heat. He was the perfect balance of professional and courteous. I will definitely use this company again and request Joe! Hit some ice and went off into a small ditch. When a handful of other company's said no trucks available, this company came out in less than ideal conditions and got me out in about 15-20 minutes. Much appreciated, would recommend.

Well if I could give zero stars I would give zero stars 100% I called these people for a towing service the person was like asleep I don't know I don't care I made the second call and they gave me an hour to provide the towing service they gave me an hour to provide the service it arrived an hour 40 minutes and they never arrived I called again and asked what time they arrived and they told me they didn't know that they arrived very early bad service they have no words they are not responsible they are irresponsible better that they go to sleep instead of having that type of business or job I think that the bed suits them better and it suits them to lie and be gossips and liars
based on your response, answer about my opinion of the service that you have, the person who picked up the phone, we asked about the service, he told me I'll be there in an hour and I said, perfect, here I hope, he never told me an hour 30 minutes, otherwise I would have waited an hour 30 minutes, be honest, sir, you have bad service, they told me an hour, if you have a business, take care of it and keep your word with the time you give your clients, the client is more important and knowing how to keep your time or at least saying, make a call and say, I'm going to be a little late, is understandable.
These guys were so great. I needed a car that isn't running moved from one house to another. Their service was so quick, knowledgeable, and priced great!!! Would recommend to anyone

As a woman I get so nervous having to do things like getting a car towed. I searched online and this place had pretty rave reviews so I decided to check them out. Not only were they nice on the phone but they were probably out the door by the end of the call. Here in less than 30 minutes literally. Joe was fantastic and knowledgeable and took good care of my car from one city to the next and I won’t complain about the prices either. If I’m ever in a situation like this again I’ll be sure to give them a call. I will refer all my friends and family to Affordable Towing & Recovery.

Every single person at Affordable Towing was a pleasure to work with. Being on the road and needing emergency assistance you never know who and what your going to encounter. Our transport company needed some vehicles picked up for transport. Reasonably priced and excellent customer service. If you are in the Johnson City Tennessee area, Affordable Towing is the towing company to call! You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing from the owner to the dispatcher down to the driver!! They have great customer service friendly and always a fast response. I will forever use this company. If you’re looking for a tow these guys know what they are doing and do an incredible job.
Awful attitude on the phone. The owner acts like the service he provides is a burden to him. I thought the call got disconnected, but he had hung up on me when I called back I was greeted with an aggravated response. When you are needing towing assistance it’s already stressful, if you don’t want to add to that stress use a different company. My buddy used them and had a good experience, but I didn’t even make it past the phone call.
I suggest the owner either become grateful for people asking for his service or he should just go clock in somewhere and let people who can be respectful to all customers continue to do business.
Like i said my buddy had a good experience, but clearly respect isn't consistent in this company.
I have used affordable towing 3 times and every time they have been amazing. I drive a lowered Mustang and they they never hurt my car and have all been knowledgeable about how to handle it as well. I’ve had three different people tow me at various times and they have all been there in less than 20 mins and have all been super polite. They are the only company I trust with my car and I would recommend them to anyone.
These guys are incredible!!! I recently got in my first accident (I was not at fault) and they have helped me in every way they could and more. They made an effort to make sure I had everything I needed, were very efficient, and are always there to pick up the phone 24/7. They even took the licence plate off my car (because it was totaled and had to be moved by the insurance company) and put it in their office for me to pick up at my leisure because I had forgotten to take it off. I am so happy these guys could help me out through this very difficult process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
