They failed to secure my vehicle properly during transport. The tow truck stopped, and my vehicle did not, it literally flew off the truck. The result was severe damage and the vehicle being totaled. This was entirely preventable and due to negligence in how the vehicle was loaded and secured. They were 100% responsible, but the owner, Jordan McIntosh, refused to take accountability or provide any payout for the damage they caused. It ultimately wasn’t worth the time, stress, or cost of fighting them in court, so I had to go through my own auto insurance to resolve a problem they created.
Customer service is awful. No one seems trained, hygiene is awful, no one knows what they’re doing, and getting straight answers is impossible. The operation is disorganized and unprofessional from top to bottom.
Their “office” is literally a shed with extremely limited hours and conditions that do not reflect a legitimate or trustworthy business. Two car batteries hooked up for power with water running down them when it rains and snows. This is not a professional operation by any stretch.
If you care about your vehicle, your time, or your sanity, stay far away.
They also own Rapture Enterprises (check out those Google and BBB reviews). Both locations are the same on Bob Jobe Rd. They also have a lot in Kingsport.
Willing to take on the job of a trailer that was dumped on the side of road by my uship driver. Great communication and and willingness to work with me from out of state. Highly recommend!!
Eastern Star Towing was very professional and prompt. The communication was great. He went above and beyond, he tried to get the car started before towing it to repair shop. Excellent business!
My Father's vehicle recently broke down and he received a text message from Jordan around 2:30 AM stating he would be at the location around 3:00 AM. Jordan promptly showed up at the time promised and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend if you're looking for car towing and reliable service.

Had been stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting on Exit 7 towing when I was told they would not be coming to get my vehicle. I called Eastern Star Towing and they had a tow truck there in 30 minutes. John from Eastern Star Towing did a great job very friendly, personable and professional. I had this company move my tiny house and they did an amazing job. I drove behind them and they really delivered my house safely, slow and steady. Also I got a flat tire on the way to the new location. Jordan pulled over to a safe parking lot and helped me change my tire on top of everything else.
