I wouldn't even give one star. My granddaughter was involved in an accident (not her fault) whoever came out was rude when I told him where to take it he rudely said who is gonna pay for this it's expensive. The place it was going was a relatives shop. I said he'll handle it and I'll pay him I was told he was quite the butt when he dropped it off. Zero customer service! And when he open the door to see where to take it his body odor would knock u down. CALL SOMEONE ELSE! BROWNS MILL HAS ALWAYS BEEN TOP NOTCH. COPS CALLED THIS ONE. NEXT TIME DO IT MYSELF!!!
The worst towing company in the Tricities area. We were told that the vehicle would be picked up and brought to our home within an hour and 1/2 - 2hrs. 5 hours later we called back to inquire about what was going on. We left messages because nobody answered. We never received a call back. We called again about 8 hours after we spoke with them to arrange the towing and still no answer and we left another message. We filled out contact forms on their web page. I understand if something happened and they weren't able to do the towing; however, the absolute lack of communication was disheartening. The following day we called another tow company and the car was towed within 2 hours.
Nelson is the absolute best! My transmission went out while o was it a tight and crowded parking lot and Nelson got in there no problem, even figured out what the issue with my car was! The man I spoke with on the phone was so very nice as Well! Although I hope I don't need a visit from them anytime soon but if I do I know who to call! Nelson even gave me a complement on my nails
Top notch service, friendly faces, great pricing, and overall great experience. These guys treated me like family and got me back on the road in a very timely manner. Places like this are few and far between now days. Meeting and working with this crew made me proud to see such an honest and trustworthy American small business getting after it for the common man. These folks were able to tow my truck at the last minute before it was going to get impounded. And then they were able to work on my truck for me and get it going. Thank you
Dispatch guy I talked to on the phone was a sweetheart. The actual driver was rude. He couldn't even get my car inside the gate, which I could overlook because I understand him not wanting to damage anything, but to then be rude, smartassed and expect your customers to do the work for you? Nah. Charged $60 for a 3 mile tow. My boyfriend tipped him anyway, which we're currently arguing about. I'll stick with Harry's.
I was very happy with service I received. They’re easy to work with and very reasonable on price. Had to call for my mom, her car broke down in middle of the road and Williams was there within 30mins. The driver was very efficient and courteous also, if you need a tow I highly recommend these guys.
I had broke down at the red light of University Blvd and S.Roan on 11/15/22.. it was at 4:00 pm and raining like hell.. they had a driver there in 15 minutes and loaded up and took me all the way to Bristol.. Good honest fair price... Highly recommend..
Excellent service, very nice and friendly people, and work anytime.The guy went to pick up my husband truck to Blountville and it to brought it to Johnson City at very affordable price, just 25 minutes after we called, they’re serious with timing, and a very fast towing experience. I called to have a disabled 2017 Superduty winched on to my trailer to take down to Florida. The guy went above and beyond, and set his deck on my dovetail and rolled the truck perfectly onto the trailer. Mind you, it was snowing and 26 degrees out. True professional, wish he was in Florida as he'd be the only one I'd use for my shop.
Called on Christmas eve in the afternoon and in 30 minutes had tow truck with a courteous and knowledgeable driver which pulled our truck up over a bank and then home. Thanks again
