Overpriced like hell. Just had to get my car towed for my tire falling off. 200 for down the road? And an extra 100 for just staying there a night? 300 TO JUST GET MY CAR?! FROM DOWN THE ROAD! And they don't fix/change tires anymore. WHAT A USELESS PLACE!!

his towing company coerced my wife into signing over the title to our vehicle to erase a bill that was nearly the value of the car. I was unaware at first because she was trying to handle it on her own, and by the time I stepped in and explained the actual Tennessee towing laws, they still gave us a hard time. Instead of knowing the law before touching anyone’s vehicle, they tried to blame the grocery store — which doesn’t change the fact that I no longer had my car. They ignored multiple basic legal requirements that every towing company is supposed to follow, and anyone else towed from here should seriously consider contesting it.
The car was parked in a grocery store lot with no tow‑away signs anywhere. The only thing posted was a small criminal‑trespass notice that applied to the area behind the sign — not the parking lot. It was over 25 feet away, low to the ground, and turned sideways. These are the facts.”
Almost ran off the road by truck 15 on Jan 1 2026 around 2pm. Driver just decided he wanted to ignore all common knowledge road laws. I get your in a hurry turn you lights on.
My mom’s car died at the car wash. We tried everything we knew to do. Jumped it off with my little car, asked the auto part store across the street for help and we thought we were going to have to tow it and get it fixed at the dealership. Figured it was something with the electronic system. BRETT came to tow us, but before he did he wanted to try and start it. First try and he had us up and running after hours of trying different things and failing. We are very grateful for Harry’s towing and especially BRETT who saved us a lot of time and money and was especially kind. Highly recommend

Was recommended to Harry’s by Johnson City Honda for a tow. I called and they answered immediately and took down all information. They arrived to the location to pick up the car, called me with an update, and then had it to the dealer service department within about 2 hours. They even told me the name of the technician they checked my car in with when they called again at drop off. I was able to provide payment over the phone and was immediately sent a receipt for the services. Very impressed, thank you all for your help today!
They came out and saved me a tow — he got my battery enough charge to get to a place where I could get a new one. Super nice and seemed to like helping save me $$$. Earned my business.
I was traveling from a different state was put in a real spot with a flat tire. When I got a hold of Brett at Harry’s towing, With his calm voice, he reassured me that he could get me taken care of very quickly. He responded expediently was very professional and kind. I had a flat tire and was unable to get the lug nuts off. They showed up and also had a tough time, but in the end got them off and the spare on. So happy they were willing to fix the problem instead of seeing it as a reason for a tow to be paid for.

Let me reiterate, Brett was an amazing help and an amazing human being.
Very rude and belligerent. This was not even using their service. This is just a short encounter. I was driving in the right lane on a two lane. Saw they were coming up and was trying to get over. There were two cars on my left. I had my signal to get over and was slowing down to get over as soon as I could. Driver whips open his door starts screaming and making rude and inappropriate hand gestures. I hope people treat them just as they treat others and don’t move over for them. Will never recommend them and make sure that if the dealership my husband works at recommends them that they no longer do and don’t use their services.
Had to get my Dad’s 70 Corvette towed when the clutch went. They called to let me know they were on their way and 10 minutes later, the car was on their truck. I didn’t catch the guys name but he took a lot of care and pride in hooking the car up and securing it. We have a difficult driveway and he backed in with no problem. I’ve definitely found my new shop!
We had to stop to check a tire while traveling back home. The tire was fine, but when I got back in the truck, the gear shift was completely loose and we were stuck. I found Harry’s towing thru a feature of our auto insurance. After describing our problem, Dan said he would be there “in a minute” and it was less than 5 minutes when he showed up. Dan quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad bushing where the shifter cable attaches to the transmission. He was able to pop it back on and we were on our way. I can not say enough about Dan and Harry’s.
I called and spoke to Matt, he is extremely rude and unprofessional. My fiancés car was damaged in the process of getting towed, Matt denies liability and refuses to share the before pictures his driver took. He blocked my fiancés number. I called trying to smooth things over and I was very nice and calm, Matt however was the exact opposite. He was extremely rude, didn’t listen, and interrupted me everytime I spoke. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
I used Harry's Towing this week. I called them and they were responsive to my need. They communicated with me via text and responded quickly to my questions. Their support removed some stress to my situation. The driver was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They delivered my car without damage and timely. Would recommend them to anyone needing a towing service.
Extremely satisfied with their service. Was told it would be about an hour wait. I chose Harry's Towing because they were $50 less than another towing agency that said 20-30 minutes and it was worth it to me to wait. They were at my car and loading it in less than 30 minutes. He also helped me do a quick initial diagnostic when we got it home to help point me in the right direction towards the problem. Highly recommend. Saving the number. Holy Cannoli, you all beat me to it! Michael has such great service mindedness as you can read in many reviews prior to this one. Our insurance company contacted Harry's Towing and Auto Repair when I called for roadside assistance due to a burst tire, my very first. It was a hot day traveling from eastern TN to middle TN after our long vacation. Since we had to leave our two greyhounds in the wounded van, Michael made sure they were kept cool with the AC running while he towed to the tire shop. Then he gushed over the dogs when we got them out and also gave our seven year old son a "tour" of the tow truck. We felt very taken care of by Michael. Thank you!
