Absolutely helpful for answering questions. The lady that answered the phone was wonderful and extremely helpful. I'd recommend highly.

Took my information, asked how much I wanted for it, I said I was calling places to get the best price, he said they'd try and beat my other offer, told then I had an offer for 410, they said they would match it (after just telling me they'd try and beat it) and asked if we had a deal. I responded with, why shouldn't I go with the other place if it's the same deal? So he snapped at me "well darlin, I guess you better go with them! Bye and immediately hung up the phone. I have been doing business with these guys for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed in my service, nor in the help and other forms of advice that I have been given. If you want to know anything just ask them. If they don't have, they will find for you. I would have to say, their best point is, their prices. They always meet the competition's prices, if not outright beat them.

Would be ZERO stars if I only had the option! Don't waste your time or money with these losers!!! HORRIBLE "customer service", (if you even wanna call it that). Old hag that works in the front obviously hates her job and takes it out on the customers that come in and only want to be treated like they're appreciated, instead of an inconvenience. I wouldn't step another foot in this place, even if THEY paid me to take their parts, (if they ever had anything I needed, WHICH THEY NEVER DO!).

Went there to make someone i bought something from Facebook marketplace. I did ask about an engine for a truck. I got a real direct quick answer and I was tickled.

Amazing people. I asked about a fuel tank and fuel pump on a Mitsubishi and within an unexpected and quick 30 minutes they had it pulled and where even nice enough to help put it in a covering, placing it into my car. Can't stress enough how great of an experience I had.

Excellent service and customer service with reasonable pricing! I had taken my car 3 times to get it fixed elsewhere, including the dealership, with no luck. But these guys were up to the challenge and worked to get me the best fix for the best price! They took on a difficult task and had it fixed within a few hours for less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. The office staff was so friendly and even helped me entertain my children for the wait. I'll be using them for whatever I can from now on! Thank you all again!

Michael Rose the guy that works in front counter there is a known car thief and works in chop shops for local Chop Shop owners has a girl named Ashley worked in there that fixes and doctors titles and rides at balloons against Vehicles is stolen so that he says he has mechanic clings the conversation overheard the day that I let him know where he was was she made sure the VIN number and the title matched on the vehicle they put it on to make it legal what kind of business is that the little local Chop Shop car theft Rings store he's back in jail again violence probation he's still a coffee and known Carthage in this area so just exactly what kind of work does Ashley do since she's fixing titles and VIN numbers to make them legal and signing mechanic slings when he's not done anything but stole the vehicle

they are slow, they don't pull the part till you are standing there even if they tell you that they will have it ready when you get there on the phone. I have had to make two trips to get my parts because they didn't pull it when they said they would and I couldn't wait over hour and a half then had to go to work and get another ride all the way out there again the next day. but at least the people are nice and they usually do have what you need at a ok price. just wish they would pull parts when they tell you they are.

I went there close to lunch, they were getting ready to eat...They stopped to take care of me instead of asking me to come back after lunch.I was willing to come back but they took care of me....Very professional and good pricing.We live in a world where people don't value loyalty or give loyalty....But as for me , I have to give them my repeat business.,I recognize good service and willingness to help.....Very pleased with them.

If you are looking for spare or used parts this is the best place to go as they have the best quantity of parts and pretty good quality period but I had to drive an hour to get there and they gave me the wrong part so then I went back and even though I had told them a day ahead of time that I was in a hurry and coming to The Exchange the part they hadn't pulled it and I had to wait 30 minutes period but other than that it's a pretty good shop with good prices

I called BAS on February 19, 2016 and ask if they had a motor i needed. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes. They finally came back on the line and said they do have the motor but will need to inspect it to make sure its a good motor and ask for my name and phone number so they could let me know Monday February 22, 2016. No one called me back on Monday so i called back Tuesday and was told Sorry we didn't check the motor because we had a very busy day yesterday but if i gave them my name and phone number (which i provided for a second time) they would call me back on Wednesday February 24, 2016 with an answer...well that didn't happen either. I called them back on Friday February 26, 2016 and the person i spoke with on the phone said that he never calls anyone back because he stays to busy and told me that no one there would have told me that they would call me back because they don't have time to call people back..pretty much calling me a liar. I would not recommend this business to anyone!!!

I drove down from Eastern KY to get parts to repair my wrecked car. They were very helpful over the phone finding the parts I needed. Had all the parts pulled and waiting on me when I arrived. Got a great deal, were very nice and the boss gave my special needs son a candy bar. I highly recommend them!! Thank you Blountville Auto Salvage!

Poor experience. Rude fella working at the desk. No sign anywhere inside that states there will be a restocking fee. Only states on back of sales slip that there "may" be a restocking fee. You don't get the sales slip until after you pay. You don't get to see the part until after you pay, another poor business practice blamed on Covid-19. I will not be doing business here again. Awful company that isn't concerned about repeat business.

i went to a local parts store to order after market parts for my vehicle and they wanted to charge me 250 dollars and the parts would not be in for 2 weeks. i checked with blountville auto salvage and they ordered me the same parts for 100 dollars cheaper and i had my parts the next day. they were friendly people and and fast service. i recomend checking with them when looking for new after market parts for your vehicle. the parts are half the price and quicker delivery.

Really nice young man help me out with give getting my wipers and my arms and I appreciate it all the help thank you very much I appreciate the owners and anybody in charge you guys help me out a lot and gave me a good deal and worked with man everything thank you so much for helping me out man I appreciate it very very much I'm sure I'll see you again for something else just stay cool

Been looking for old truck door for months. Found part at Blountville while on vacation through internet search, it. They pulled it in 10 minutes and the staff were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
