After waiting 2 hours for AAA to send a wrecker out for my girlfriend, Jimmy came out and saved the day for us. Not only did he come out quick and made pulling her car off a steep embankment look easy. This guy is a pro. I will always recommend him!
Jimmy and his wife have been so helpful with getting our vehicle towed when we broke down. I don't normally leave reviews but I was really blow away by how nice they were that I felt like I needed to. They were so kind and worked with us so well and it made all the difference for our difficult situation. I will be telling everyone to use them!
This garage towed my car after it broke down. They didn't have the decency to call me. My number was clearly on the dash. They kept my car for over a week before I figured out where it was. I asked them to tell me what was wrong. They fixed it without permission. Turns out to have been a very inexpensive fix, $97. They charged me $444 because they towed my car and then were so pleased with themselves for fixing the inexpensive piece. Total $538 for a $97 repair They are thieves. Never do business here.
I called Jimmy's to tow a vehicle at 130 pm. He advised he had 1 vehicle ahead of me and would be there, I agreed that was fine. After 3 hours I had to call Jimmy's back for them to tell me he took another tow and would not be back until 9 pm and would not be able to tow the vehicle for me. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ended up calling another company who had me take. Care of in an hour. I do not recommend Jimmy's!
I consider myself lucky to have come across Jimmy's Automotive. For over three years now, I have taken many different vehicles, with many different problems into Jimmy's, and their services have always been fast, honest, and affordable. I would never consider taking my vehicles anywhere else.
