My car battery died in Erwin and they got there in a really reasonable time frame. It didn't take him long to get the car home and up our driveway which was mostly slush but he did great and the price was fair and affordable for the distance. Would definitely recommend if your in a bind and need a tow.
A slide down a steep, snowy hill put me in the ditch, and even 4-wheel drive couldn’t pull me out. Shawn arrived quickly and had the straps, winch, tools, AND experience to get my 7,000 pound truck back on the road, and the price was very reasonable. Call Shawn if you need help.

I was stuck side ways and framed out on a rutted out mountain road and they got me out quick and easy with a winch. I was impressed because the way my truck was positioned I thought it could roll over but nope he got it out no problem. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

Can’t thank Huck enough for helping me out this evening. I needed a very large powder coating oven moved, not your average job for a tow truck driver. He took excellent care of it, making sure not to damage it. He even helped me get it into place when it got to its destination. I will definitely be referring them if asked about a tow company!!
I had my car towed by Huckleberry Finn (Huck) from A-Team Towing and Recovery, and let me tell you… this man deserves a medal, a raise, and probably his own TV show.
My driveway is basically a crooked, uneven, “enter at your own risk” kind of situation — like it was designed by someone who hates vehicles AND happiness. But Huck? This dude pulled up like, “Don’t worry, I got you.” He looked at my driveway like it was a final boss and then absolutely speed-ran that thing.
He got my car in there so smooth I swear he bent the laws of physics. I was fully expecting us both to end up rolling down the yard, but nope — he maneuvered that tow truck like it was a ballerina.

I got myself in a pickle up in Unicoi going up to see “the beauty spot” I was not expecting Ice on my last curve, I slid side to side but was able to get a tire into the ditch, I called the nearest tow in Erwin and these guys were there to get me in less than 30 minutes, I was afraid to remain in the truck even though I was really cold because it was sliding around, they got there took over and brought me down that icy mountain. I just want to say THANK YOU A-Team for a safe return of my truck!
I broke a piece on my brake assembly and I called Shawn to get a tow. He was there in legitimately 5 minutes. (Broke down 1 exit from their shop) When he got here he pointed out that I had just lost a bolt. He told me to ask if I could leave my car overnight so I could fix it tomorrow. This man cost himself some money because he recognized that it really wasn’t needed for such a small repair. I could not recommend this company more.

My car got towed (unfortunately), but I am atleast happy it was towed by them. The customer service was honestly amazing which is something I’ve never experienced with a towing company. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and Benji the driver even came back out after already going home so I could get my car. They also offered me a ride to the lot if I needed it which was really thoughtful. Definitely great people and great service even in a not-so-fun situation!
Bengie was the tow person responsible for retrieving my vehicle. He was very courteous and informative. He maintained communication with me throughout the process, informing me of the procedures involving the vehicle after it was taken. I would certainly recommend his services.
Great company! Would highly recommend. My car had slid over a steep bank and was at a severe angle with the right rear tire over a foot off of the ground. The driver of the wrecker had my car back on all four tires in less than 3 minutes, and did not cause any additional damage. These guys know what they're doing. Very satisfied customer!

We have had the unfortunate need of towing assistance with my son’s truck twice. These guys were amazing and fast! Dependable and wonderful customer service, would absolutely call them again. If you need a tow, or something as simple as a jump start, for your vehicle DEFINITELY give this company a call. Our 2019 RAM would not start after we had dinner at a restaurant in Johnson City, TN. Our road service sent them to help us. Very nice young man. He was able to quickly jump start our truck, it has two batteries, and we were able to get to a close by Auto Zone where one of the batteries tested as failed so we purchased a new one.
Shawn Demaria was extremely kind, quick, and friendly to my fiancee. He also gave us a great deal out of the kindness of his heart that allowed us to get our car home without going broke. 10/10 recommend

I had a customer use this towing service for a car that needed to be moved in the dry and they used their enclosed trailer to transport his vehicle.
