Driver was nice and respectful but when I called the boss man he thought it was ok to cuss and use vulgar language toward me simply just asking about the reason for my tow he was super rude and disrespectful after me stated I had no problem with paying I just wanted a explanation because it was a grey area from where I was towed.
Excellent customer service. My car broke down in the mountains on a Saturday night but they came for me immediately, towed me back to JC for a very reasonable price, and helped me understand some options for my car since I'm from Michigan. As a solo traveler I appreciate how safe I felt, how much info I gained, and having someone reliable to call if I need more help. Thanks:]
My car got towed (unfortunately), but I am atleast happy it was towed by them. The customer service was honestly amazing which is something I’ve never experienced with a towing company. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and Benji the driver even came back out after already going home so I could get my car. They also offered me a ride to the lot if I needed it which was really thoughtful. Definitely great people and great service even in a not-so-fun situation!
Bengie was the tow person responsible for retrieving my vehicle. He was very courteous and informative. He maintained communication with me throughout the process, informing me of the procedures involving the vehicle after it was taken. I would certainly recommend his services.
Great company! Would highly recommend. My car had slid over a steep bank and was at a severe angle with the right rear tire over a foot off of the ground. The driver of the wrecker had my car back on all four tires in less than 3 minutes, and did not cause any additional damage. These guys know what they're doing. Very satisfied customer!

We have had the unfortunate need of towing assistance with my son’s truck twice. These guys were amazing and fast! Dependable and wonderful customer service, would absolutely call them again. If you need a tow, or something as simple as a jump start, for your vehicle DEFINITELY give this company a call. Our 2019 RAM would not start after we had dinner at a restaurant in Johnson City, TN. Our road service sent them to help us. Very nice young man. He was able to quickly jump start our truck, it has two batteries, and we were able to get to a close by Auto Zone where one of the batteries tested as failed so we purchased a new one.

Such a great business! We broke down about 30 minutes from home with 3 kids in the car. Not only did he come and tow our car, he also waited with us on the side of the road for about 20 minutes until our ride got there. I highly recommend them if you need any assistance!!!

I had a customer use this towing service for a car that needed to be moved in the dry and they used their enclosed trailer to transport his vehicle. I worked with A-Team towing and recovery today 4/23/25. I was tasked with the heartbreaking decision of picking up my 17yr old sons motorcycle which he lost his life on 4/1/25. They were very compassionate and brought his bike home for me very respectfully. This was a decision I had a hard time making but it was something I had to do and they made things as easy as they could for me. I would absolutely use them again anytime and if anyone needs their information I have extra cards.
