VERY disappointing Peddle carrier. The staff was terribly remiss and unprofessional. I scheduled my pickup for between 11 am and 3 pm for my inoperable Honda. They called me first thing that morning to let me know that they weren’t able to get on the military installation I live on and would have to move the vehicle somewhere off the installation. This wasn’t a problem at first. I completed their request expeditiously, and I paid out of my own pocket to have the vehicle towed to a different location off the installation. After I let them know the new location, I was told my pickup wouldn’t be until around 5 or 6 pm and that they would inform me when they were 20 minutes out. This was strike 2 for me, as I was originally told between 11 am and 3 pm and had other things scheduled for after 3 pm. I made my first formal complaint to Peddle after having to cancel those other plans due to them not being able to pick the car up by 3 pm. 5 pm rolled around and I got an irritated call from the carrier asking where I was, claiming they had sent me a message over an hour ago. I received no message, verified I didn’t receive a message, and I let the carrier know this. After realizing their mistake of messaging the wrong person by accident, they proceeded to confront me about the complaint I made earlier and acted very unprofessionally. This was strike 3 for me, and I cancelled the pickup after that. I received SIGNIFICANTLY better service the following day from a different carrier who had the car picked up by noon and had NO ISSUE getting on my military installation. It was fast, convenient, and very professional unlike my unsatisfactory experience with Small Town Garage LLC. Try to request a different carrier if this is who Peddle foolishly assigns to you. 👎
They were the towing company used to sell my car with Peddle and yes, it was late in the day, but it was a very nice experience. Thank you guys so much 🫶
I had a pull they tried to charge me 325 FOR A PULL OUT when I had aaa the The sheriff work with them to take ppl money be ware not a good company I wouldn’t dare listen to a police officer again
I had a great experience with Small Town Garage this past Sunday. I called around noon, and the woman who answered the phone, the wife of the tow truck driver, immediately made me feel comfortable. As a 22-year-old female, I really appreciated that she offered to ride along with me, which helped me feel safe during the tow. Brian arrived within an hour and was super friendly and professional. He towed my car up north to the exact location I needed at a very reasonable price. After unloading my car, Brian even took the time to look at it and gave me helpful, professional advice on what he would do next. Brian and his wife were a huge blessing and made the whole experience much easier. I highly recommend their service!

I was traveling through Tennessee and had some car trouble about 45 minutes north of Nashville on a Sunday. Spoke to Brian as he was fueling up his tow truck and he informed me that his shop could have me back on the road by lunch on Monday. I had already waited over 2.5 hours for AAA so I gave him a shot. Brian and Small Town Garage delivered. I was back on the road by 1230 on Monday and the price was exactly what I expected with no surprises. I would definitely recommend their services. Thanks again.
