BEWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, MONEY-HUNGRY, HOLE-IN-THE-WALL TOWING COMPANY.
This place is extremely unprofessional and rude. Every single time we spoke with someone, we were given the run-around. When we asked for a clear, final total of what everything would cost, we were told different amounts by different people. Then, when it was finally time to pick up my car, all of a sudden multiple additional fees appeared that were never disclosed beforehand.
The staff constantly had attitudes and even had the nerve to say we were being “worse” simply for doing our due diligence and trying to get my car out as quickly as possible to avoid extra storage days and fees.
I do NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. They will try to get over on you, and even the manager was unhelpful and seemed more interested in making money than resolving the issue fairly.
To make matters worse, I have owned my Lexus for over 10 years and it has always had my conversion rotors. After picking up my car from this place, they were suddenly missing.
This was a huge mistake and a terrible experience from start to finish. The lack of communication, hidden fees, disrespect, and overall unprofessionalism is unacceptable. This business desperately needs new management and an entirely new staff. In any growing or higher-standard city, this place would not survive. Avoid at all costs. This place is not even worthy of a one star if I could ZERO STARS I would! Or better yet in the negatives!
Seriously such incredible service! I broke down in the middle of Overton Square (middle middle. Like street middle) at 9 pm, and Joshua was there within 20 minutes of me calling. He was so thoughtful, polite, and efficient - he was a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating evening.

I cannot say enough great things about this towing service. The dispatch was very friendly and responsive. As a father of two daughters that got stranded on the side of the highway, they rescued them. They were professional and fast!! A+++ Thank you for being so awesome Paul and Crew.
Paul and his team helped me off the side of the road and jumped my battery at no charge. I was alone in a bad area of town and they moved me to a safer spot where I was able to get my car repaired by a friend. So grateful for good people like them! Would absolutely give Paul and crew my business in the future.
Paul was extremely professional and kind. He expertly towed my van out of a ditch when we got stuck on the side of the road. He fixed a part (power steering line) that got damaged when the car got stuck in the ditch. He returned the car to me in a speedy manner so I could get back on the road. He explained how the repair was done in a way I could understand as a non mechanic. The whole team is extremely professional and kind. Paul was compassionate and kind to me and didn't denigrate me for making the dumbest mistake by letting my cat get stuck in a ditch. They also work with the local police department and are a certified impound lot.
I had the best service I've ever received from a towing company here. They were quick to answer, quick to pick up my vehicle. I had to run to a meeting and couldn't stay with the vehicle, but they made sure the vehicle was delivered to the service center and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend booking here!
I’m in awww I didn’t know there were still good wholesome people in Memphis. Mr Paul helped me off an exit when my car stopped at an exit and pulled me to a gas station. I was almost in tears with all three of my kids in the car. I’m so grateful he just appeared out the blue. ( mind you I was 4 miles from the house I’m like really so you had to stop right here.
They were amazing! I am a physician and I was on call covering 2 ICUs the night I was towed. They picked up the phone after midnight, what was already great. I explained my dire need to urgently go from one hospital to the other throughout the night. They heard me and kindly agreed to meet me at their office at 1 AM to return my car.
Paul and Crew really helped me out of a bad spot. Good people with good hearts. They got me all cleaned up and towed my car back to my house. Would definitely recommend if you are in need of a towing service!

Greetings and Good Evening, Allow me to tell you about my Earthly Angels. Mr. Paul and his complete staff at Paul and Crew Towing in Memphis, TN are true angels. I experienced one of the most terrifying and unexpected situations that I would not wish on anyone while visiting Memphis, TN in June 2024. Due to this unpleasant situation my car needed to be transported (towed) from MPD to his business and then to an auto body shop in Columbus, GA. From the first time I spoke to Ms. Tyra, about what I needed done. She assured me that they were the company to handle what I needed. When I spoke to Mr. Paul he calmed my Spirit and informed me that he would get my car to Georgia. While the process was being put in motion Mrs. Williams communicated with me and kept me updated on everything I needed to know. Paul and Crew Towing (as a whole) were compassionate and respectful towards my unfortunate situation and my desire for my vehicle to be returned to me in the state that it was. They traveled approximately 774 + miles round trip to honor my wishes because they were a towing company that did long distance / out of state towing. Their fees for everything that needed to be done (in my behalf) was fair and just. All in all I want to say, “I Thank God for Mr. Paul and his entire staff of Paul and Crew Towing. You, your families and most of all your business will be in my prayers from now on. I am a very grateful and proud customer. Less than one star service. I called to schedule the pickup of a container thinking that if I scheduled it they would come. Monday :30 min. late the call to cancel. Tuesday it rains so we can't deliver. Wednesday the said I need to call and schedule. Thursday they said I called too late in the day. Friday they answered the phone and asked me to call back. Then I called A&K TOWING. He said he show in :30 minutes. I guess he gets a review too.
What a rip-off! These guys along with MPD are crooks. They purposefully set the cost to get your car back SO HIGH in hopes that you can't get it out and they hope you have to surrender it to them.
I do have insurance...thank you very much. Why would I have full coverage on a 17 year old car. I had liability so the car I so-called totaled will be taken care of. I'm sure you guys got paid well, as well as mpd, city of Memphis, and everybody else that has this hustle.
Extremely fast and reliable towing company. Didn't expect such a fast response with me calling in the middle of the night but within 30 minutes the owner himself pulled up and towed my vehicle for. Owner is a really cool guy. By far the best towing company around.
Paul you were a blessing my brother Me and my girlfriends drove from Chicago visiting my brother for the weekend in Memphis and we were traveling to the City when we turned on a street call Hawkins Mill Road better know to the town as dead man’s curb which needs to be blocked off and reconstructed with safety guard rails, deep warning signs to let you know what’s going to come ahead and more. Several people have lost their lives on dead man’s curve and we were blessed. Our car was on a tipping point but did not tip and by the grace of God we didn’t go to to deep. But Paul pulled us out the ditch and was very affordable. He had some work on hands and with his smarts he pulled my car out with minor scratches. Thank you Paul again.

My loaner vehicle broke down middle lane of poplar. I called a different tow company and while I was waiting- they happened to drive by and pulled over just to help me move my car out of the middle lane. They offered me a lower quote and then once they learned it was a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop, they towed it for me for free. Will definitely keep their card and use them every time in the future!
Paul done a good job of getting my vehicle off the hiway and went above that to give me a ride to a better neighborhood to stay the night. Wouldn't let me just stay in a bad neighborhood. He is the one to call when tou need him. Thanks Paul.
Mr.Paul was timely and polite and when there was a problem with third party services and I had to pay Again out of pocket.. when the company finally paid him he gave me a full refund! He didn’t have to be honest but he is about helping his people and knows the economic challenges people face and that is so rare these days! I will use them in the future and recommend Paul &crew to all my friends and family!! Thanks again
Excellent company. Super sweet couple. I got played by a third party tow service (I will be getting that money back) and Paul & Crew now have my money and any future business as they should! Highly recommend. Call this couple FIRST.
