My truck just stopped on Park Ave. At the most bust time of day. I called 1 Memphis Towing. I really didn't know what to expect. Mr. King answered the phone. He asked me a few questions. Now,I have never had to use a tow truck for anything. I call it blessed. Mr. King gave a time frame of less than 30 minutes. I expected to be standing on Park Ave. With drivers having to go around me...and that can be nerve wracking. Well,Mr King came in about 15-20 minutes. He got me and my truck home. Here's another caveat..my street is rather narrow...Mr. King had to leave my car in front of my house..BUT..HE CAME BACK AND MANAGED TO GET MY TRUCK BACKED INTO MY DRIVEWAY....NOT A EASY THING...BUT HE DID IT. I am so happy that it was his company. The price was very reasonable. Very professional. Would definitely recommend him to any and everybody. Bless him and his business. Lovey R.
Fast response time from time I called till the time me and my car was safe at home was under an hour, and I was a full 30min drive from home. Courteous driver . Keeping their number on speed dial.

On yesterday I experienced a blown out tire while traveling alone on the interstate. I don't have to tell you how scary that was as I am a resident of a bordering state. It took me a minute to figure out where I was. I started with Google search and contacted a couple of different towing services that gave me the run around. However, once I got in contact with "King " of Memphis Towing my day got much better. He was courteous and professional. He even apologized for the other towing companies that had failed me. He got my car and myself promptly to the nearest dealership. I would highly recommend this service.

As a family owned and operated company ourselves, we depend on our vehicles to provide Memphis and surrounding areas their needed services. When the distress call came in from our technician that he was stranded, all immediate tasks were stopped and the search began for a reliable, professional and reasonable towing company. King offers great service. He's a super cool guy that knows his stuff. He helped me move my '84 Cadillac Eldorado a couple days ago. He arrived quickly. Very professional! Handled my whole situation while I was at work. Came to pick the keys up from my job, went to my residence where my car was broke down, navigated through a very claustrophobic driveway to get my car out, brought my car to a mechanic, and kept me in the loop every step of the way with photo evidence! All at a very fair price and top notch customer service. Highly recommended!

Yes book it’s 5 stars ⭐ service! Reliable and affordable. Came quickly and towed my Tesla to the tire shop! He made it to me in 15 minutes the tow took no more than 10 minutes, and 15 minutes to the tire shop! Everything in less than an hour!
I had the best experience with this company! I drove to work and when I came out for lunch my tire was on flat! I work in downtown Memphis but needed my car towed to the dealership in Whitehaven! I called and they were so kind! Within 10 minutes they arrived, came in the building to get me and they towed my car! The process was fast and affordable!! They took great care of my care and texted me when it made it to the destination! They gave my keys to my favorite agent at the dealership and my car was able to be fixed! Thank you so much!
