Called threes times on 9/929 between 8a and 1150a and someone would answer the phone then hang it up. Ok if that’s how perspective customers are treated I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I do recycle my metals there . Good customer service , and very knowledgeable . ! Cash or check that’s awesome . ! Hard working ppl there .. I definitely recommend it

I recycle my aluminum cans only once or twice a year. When I do, I always sell them to Airways Iron & Metal. They're kind, quick, and pay me cash; I highly recommend them!

they pay the best per pound for copper and brass. Also, they follow the law and have you wait 5 days to get paid. Other yards dont follow this law. Its nice to not have to worry about getting a huge ticket by taking cash on the spot!

This is the worst place in town to sell metal!! Again you get one price over the phone and another price once you arrive? He is so rude and unprofessional as if there is no one else to sell too?
I am new to selling scrap metal but I never get used to being short-changed.....I called about 5 mins before my boyfriend and I pulled up and was told they were paying 7cents a pound ,with a minimum of 100 lbs. He went in by himself and was shorted ,they only paid him 6 cents a lb. NOT VERY ETHICAL.
Great service and all but not worth it considering what they pay you. Paid me less than half of what I received the next day at another yard. Only went to them in the first place because they were the only ones open on Saturday and I already had my truck loaded down with 1,500 pounds of scrap. Won't be returning.
They are SUPER CHEAP they are half of the price anywhere else in memphis. They said they have the best prices. How is that when other places are 7.50+ and you are 4.50 and lower that's pathetic. False advertising
My family and I have done business with different scrap yards over the years. This is the one that has the best customer service. They were friendly and very helpful. And it was pretty clean compared to other scrap yards. They gave us a great deal for our copper wires and car batteries. All around great service. We'll definitely go back there in the future. This is a scrap yard I'd recommend to anyone looking for a great deal!
