The tow man was wonderful . He was super friendly and very respectful . I called the company at 3:45 . He called me to verify my location and asked if i was there with the car . At 4:05 he was outside . They also have a tracker link they send you to watch your drivers location .
I had the best service with towmate the the dispatcher she was very helpful my toe driver Mr Antonio or Anthony I can't really remember his name but he was awesome he went over and beyond he even went to the point that he was willing to go get another record to make sure he accommodate us and I will recommend this tow company
I called this company 1 AM. They told me that I need to wait for 1-2 hours And the service call will be $125 When the guy Arrived below the car to the truck in less than 10 minutes when we arrive to drop off location he told me that I need to pay $275 if not, not unload my car.

I needed to tow my vehicle to my hotel room, I requested the service specifying I have an all-wheel-drive vehicle, 2004 v8 4runner, it does not have a 2WD option, it's 4WD all the time, when the driver arrived I told him the same thing, he lifted the rear wheels, front wheels stayed on the ground, open the ignition switch and put it in neutral, the vehicle was towed +90 miles like that in 4Hi, at the parking lot I tried to move the vehicle, now the whole car shakes when the transmission engages in Drive or Reverse, but it won't move, mechanic diagnostic says transmission has been broken, that the vehicle had to be towed onto a platform, I call the Tow Mate company to recall for what happened, they said that they did not broke my vehicle and hang up, no more answers from them, all I needed is help to move the vehicle since they broke it down I haven't been able to move it anywhere, if you need their services, take pictures and videos on how they lift and tow your vehicle, when they lower it and unhook it, they will say anything to avoid being responsible for the damage made to your vehicle.
Had to have my Ford escape towed today. Sucks because I love my car. But I would highly recommend Tow mate. They were freaking awesome. Abby helped me so much, awesome customer service. And the driver Tony was great as well. Tow mate really helped me when I was in panic mode because I’ve never had to do this before. They have awesome prices too. So dependable and affordable. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know from now on!

The fellow that towed my vehicle was friendly and did a fine job, would leave 4 or 5 stars for that.
Negative notes- they were an hour late when I made an appt plenty ahead of time. But the worst part was their unexplained up charge. Either say up front that it’s hourly, or state early that the scope is different than previously understood. Don’t just charge more than quoted without explanation or agreement, a very negative business practice that I’d assume they often do to customers.
Finally, I now realize they have two different profiles online. Their other name (Memphis Towing) has very positive online reviews, one reason I selected them. Now I see their other name has very negative reviews. Seems a bit rigged to me.
Thursday Feb. 8th I called and requested a tow for my 2012 Infiniti QX56 truck for February 9th. The dispatcher Abby and I agreed to a 4:30 pm pickup for Feb. 9th. From my house to Firestone on Madison Ave in Memphis. Around 4:45 I got a call from the driver that he was running late because a previous tow was taking longer than he expected. I informed him that Firestone was expecting my truck by 6:00 closing time, the driver said he could make it in time before Firestone closes , he stated he would be at my house around 5 pm. He arrived at 5:30. I took pictures of my truck before he came. He loaded my truck onto the tow truck and left. The driver called me at 6:35 stating he had a Blowout on his truck and he was at Firestone to deliver my truck. He never mentioned anything about my truck being wrecked and told me to go ahead and submit my payment on the company website because that was the only way he could release my truck. Mind you Firestone had closed for the evening. I submitted the payment on the company's website. I went to pick up my truck from Firestone and noticed damage to the back passenger side bumper. Mind you I took pictures of my truck before it left my house and there wasn't any damage to my truck. I requested to talk to one of the Firestone employees to show them the damage to my truck and he said your truck arrived like this and showed me the camera footage and sure enough it arrived in that condition. I immediately called the company to report the damage to my truck and Abby the manager told me she didn't see any damage based on the driver pictures. He submitted the pictures that he took in my driveway and no pictures when he delivered my truck. Abby the so called manger was rude, dumb and very disrespectful! I told her if they didn't agree to fix my truck, I was going to get a Lawyer, Abby said do what you got to do. I asked her for the company's address and the name of the Driver. She said the driver no longer works for the company and the address of the building has the company's name in the window, but they don't work out of the building, I guess they run the business from their trailer park! The company has blocked my phone number from all of their platforms. I called from another number and Abby immediately answered the phone, this let me know that they only blocked my number! I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and filing a civil lawsuit with the company. This is the Worst experience I have encountered with my truck! This company should be investigated based on the reviews, I am not the only one that has had the same experience! It's time for them to be held accountable for this unprofessional attitude! Tow mate your days are numbered! Karma is Real! I don't care how long it takes, you will fix my truck !
Terrible company. Was supposed to get a tow Monday, said they didn't have drivers and planed it for tuesday. Tuesday comes and the dude is over 2 hours late and we reschedule for the next day. Wednesday he never shows or says anything until I text him and says that he couldnt do it and asked to reschdule. Texted him and didn't get a response. Called the front office and had the rudest person speak to me when I mentioned that the price she gave was NOT what I was quoted. Terrible company, avoid at all cost.
It took the guy almost four hours to come and get my car and currently at 8:50 he still hasn’t showed up even though he said he was 7 minutes out at 8:30. He continues to tell me he is on the way or 15 min away when he is not. Never again I’m 6 months pregnant and been moving all day all I wanted was to get home by 8 at the latest and make chicken and waffles for my husband so he can go to work at 6. I’m over it atp.
