This shop is 100 out of 100. Google only always 5 stars in my opinion they 1 million stars. I got my oil changed and water pump repaired with some other services. Out standing work. Shout out to Ashley. She has an impressive rarely seen attention to detail and her customer service is out of this world. She has single handedly restored my faith in humanity. If you want your car fixed this is the place. In my opinion the only place to go!
Staff was friendly.. but after almost $700 for an oil change, a diagnostic that lead to playing a pointless game of ring around the alternator(labor only), wiper blades (that we were told were being given no charge), 2 failed pick ups (battery light back on before even leaving parking lot) no result or follow up.. day of final pick up was told it was a wiring issue. Which we suspected and told them many times to check wiring and connections.. Granted my vehicle isnt pristine and has issues. But sucks to pay so much this time of year for a specific problem with no resolution. But They’ll definitely try an up-sale you nonstop.. Happy holidays to us..

Do not go to them to get your vehicle repaired. They replaced our alternator in April 2023 so they say. In may 2024 it went back out. Now fast forwarded December 2024 it is out again. Which means in less than 2 years we would have had 3 alternators replaced through them. Make it make sense. They told us in may 24 that they didn’t go through our warranty company that they would not charge us for the part only for labor. They failed to mention that our vehicle only likes OEM parts but yet they were still putting aftermarket parts in our vehicle. They did not tell us the last two times that our vehicle doesn’t really work well with aftermarket parts so why is it that you are continuing to put low value parts in cars and sending people on their way and we are trusting them that we are going to be OK. I have two children and my truck broke down on me with two children and this is the third time if I go through them that our alternator has been replaced by this company that failed to give us the accurate information and the accurate part and I’m tired of it ! As customers we trust a business to do their job and do it well. if you were giving your customers, the legit part no matter if they didn’t like the cost of it, you were offering them the price because that is for the legit part we wouldn’t have this issue!!! no way in hell an alternator would breakdown this many times! which means to tell the world that your parts are crap and your business is even crappier!!!!!
I'd give em 100/10 if I could. Saved me a boatload of money compared to my quote from Firestone, and were available to do it much sooner. Also took the time to realize where I had warranties, that was Ashley at the front desk. She's the sweetest. They will get all of my automotive business going forward.
By far the best service I have ever received! Dropped my vehicle off at 1:00pm for issues with my A/C & my vehicle was returned to me completed by 4:00 pm. Very affordable prices! Also all the staff are beyond friendly! I will definitely return if I have any issues with my vehicle! Thank you Cordova Automotive for the awesome service!!!!
Even though I'm moving to East memphis, I'm going to keep taking my car to Cordova automotive. Fair price speed of service is okay. I really like the new manager guy that's there, he knows what he's talking about. I had a minor issue and instead of charging me it just looked at it told me what to do and sent me on my way. I've been going to the same shop for 10 years, and I feel like I always get good service at a fair price.
I cannot give Larry Cervetti and his team a higher score or I would. They will do a great job fixing your car or truck, ensure your satisfaction, and treat you well in the process. I’m not sure there’s a vehicle they can’t fix.
I am totally satisfied and will definitely be back with other vehicles. They replaced a Mercedes serpentine belt and tensioner in a couple of days (faster than anyone in Memphis would have), and they did an excellent job finding parts that other shops could not find for other repairs.
I promise you will not be disappointed.
I had my cat-back exhaust system installed here almost four years ago. They are very reasonably priced. I had difficulty taking my OEM exhaust back home once the aftermarket exhaust was installed because it is a seven-foot-long single piece. The owner offered me their work truck, which was very kind of him. And he didn't charge me for it. I was in and out of the place within an hour. Four years later, I have had no issues with the installation.
As far as I know they will take care of your vehicle for a for diagnostic. Plus anything else you need. I didn’t even notice I had a bolt in my tire and they told me my tire was completely flat. They repaired the tire for me and they didn’t bother to charge me . They are very kind. Pretty good mechanics. Our recommend going to them. I’m very knowledgeable.
I brought in my Ford F150 for several different services and everything they did was done very professionally. The staff was very nice and helpful in explaining everything that was done. I was very pleased. My Husband has always done business there as well.

My truck would not start, and I had it towed to Cordova Automotive. They diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs the following day. The repair costs were most reasonable. We were so pleased with their services we took my wife’s vehicle to the shop the next day. She got the same excellent service. She thought the transmission was leaking but the shop found the actual problem with the leak coming from the axel seals. Another one day turn around and reasonable repair costs. This is our go to shop for vehicle repairs. I recommend this company!

I was recommended here by a friend. Everyone was really nice. The mechanic was very informative and explained everything that he did to evaluate the car problem. He provided multiple options for repair. The pricing was fair and reasonable. The wait time was reasonable. I will definitely be back if the need should arise.
I’m still at a lost for words due to the experience I just had with Cordova Automotive. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, that maybe Sam was having a bad day. But still customer service is ALWAYS important. Someone recommended them to my son, that’s how we found out about their repair shop. I’ve been two other times & was pleased with my services. Well, today, after a battery was placed on my car, I went to crank the car & it was trembling. I let the lady know & Sam come out to look at it. He starts by saying that the battery doesn’t have anything to do with it trembling. I told him that it wasn’t doing that before they put the battery on there. So he says, ‘well common sense will tell you that you have to drive the car with the battery on it so that the car will reset’ & honestly I just stood there trying to gather my thoughts & eventually just said ‘ok’ I guess it would be common sense to a mechanic or someone who is familiar with automotive services. I just thought that was rude to say to someone that just brought business to the establishment when there are other places that I could have spent my money with. His demeanor was on defense and he walked away as if my concern was not important. I suppose the money I spent with them today didn’t mean much to him
Sam (owner) is honest, upfront, reliable & trustworthy! He gives honest repair options! He has great staff as well. I trust only Cordova Automotive for my car problems. They only fix what needs to be fixed.
I started going to Cordova Auto many years ago, after other shops, including the car dealership, couldn’t fix a long-standing wobble on my Jeep, spending a fortune for the new parts they put in that never solved the problem.
I went to Cordova Auto and they diagnosed & fixed it quickly, needing to change only a simple part that didn’t cost much at all.
My friend was telling the truth when she said Sam was a great & honest mechanic!
I never went anywhere else since!
They’ve always done a great job!
And sometimes they don’t even charge for some small things, especially when my car needs some major work ..or even minor work! And that helps a lot!
And like I said, Sam is honest & upfront. If you didn’t like what he told you, it’s only 2 things: 1) you were in denial. 2) you were not ready to hear the truth! (Sorry, not sorry!)
I highly recommend this shop. I live in Atoka, and will be making this my vehicles "home" shop!! They fixed my 2000 Camry VERY quickly, for a reasonable price, and honored their repair warranty when the check engine light came back on a few days later. They replaced a sensor that was causing the check engine light, again for an extremely reasonable price.
The owner, Sam, is very kind, understanding, and I felt like I could trust him. I got the impression that he is doing his best to foster long lasting and trusting customer service relationships. Thank you Sam for taking care of us! I will be recommending your shop to anyone I know. The other staff I dealt with were great too. As a former grease monkey myself, this would be a shop I wouldn't mind working in. As long as Sam is the owner, I will be a loyal customer.
