Ray's is a great company that will take care of your car and make you feel like you made the right decision. They are also very quick getting to you and very much reasonably priced. I've used them more than once and now they're my "go to" guys...Down to earth people.

I’ve been in business for 11 years and have never experienced anything close to what this towing company charged us. We were billed $1,445 to tow one of our company trucks less than 21 miles. One week later, another reputable towing company moved the same truck 22 miles for $200. Over the years, we’ve had vehicles towed six other times, and the cost has always ranged between $108 and $225 — which is consistent with industry standards.
When I reached out to question the charge, the owner texted back saying it was “his normal pricing” and that he had charged a box truck the same amount recently. Nothing about that response justified the massive markup, and the only conclusion I can draw is that they took advantage of my office manager — likely because she’s female and because they assumed they could get away with it.
Shame on this company for exploiting anyone under any circumstance. It was a learning experience for us, but no customer should have to learn a lesson this expensive.
We will never use this company again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for towing services.
Quick to get there. Fastest I've ever seen to get the car loaded. Made it to the drop off point in amazing time. Unloaded the car with out any issue and quickly. Greatly appreciate their hard work.
Ray was extremely helpful!! My cars transmission went out on the highway and he was there within 15 minutes to pick up myself and my vehicle!! Very personable and a very good dude!!
From the initial phone call to drop off it was such a great experience after such an awful break down of my vehicle. Best price, friendly and timely driver, and even helped give me advice on what I could do for next steps. 10/10 will use them and recommend to anyone in the future!
These guys are amazing. I’m from Georgia traveling home from Nashville, broke down due to a fuel issue, fixed the issue and in the process of getting the truck to start back up the batteries died, made the call and within 10 minutes the owner showed up and in less than 10 minutes I was back on the road, highly recommend these guys!
Great experience overall and not to mention the super fast respond time. He got to me in 10 minutes!!!! That’s huge help when you’re stranded. Hats off to this company
Ray was very helpful. I am not one to typically leave reviews however, I felt the need to after our experience with him. He came quickly, looked at the vehicle and provided a recommendation to have it fixed.
Ray was very professional and nice. He communicated throughout the process and was quick to come after I called, it only took him 10 minutes. He boosted my battery on the vehicle I had towed and he made the process less stressful and easier. I would recommend Ray for any tow and service you may need in his specialty. Thank you Ray!
After stalling out in the middle of the street and having firemen push my car into a parking lot, I was so upset calling Rays Towing and was met with the kindest man. Ray not only helped me to get a great price on a far tow, but he also took the time to console me a bit.
In less than 20 minutes Ray himself brought his stunning tow truck and very professionally got my car secured in place. He was then offered to take my key to drop off with the shop he was towing to and sent me photos to confirm.
Absolutely immaculate service start to finish. Towing is typically not a pleasant experience, but Ray really did amazing.

WARNING!!! Just got charged $550 for a 11 mile tow. We are a small non-profit and that kind of money really means something. Make sure to ask what the cost will be up front, and if you present a business card he will probably over charge you.
Response to Ray: I will share Ray’s own picture to show that the van fit perfectly fine on his tow truck. It’s the size of a truck. Not a legitimate excuse for charging half of what it would cost to ship a car across the country.
Plus he had the GALL to ask for a tip!
Ray is a guardian angel. I am writing this review even though I haven’t paid for any services from him. He helped us and came to our rescue on the side of our road when we had a flat tire. He was able to quickly fix and replace our tire with a spare - all free of charge too. He is a Good Samaritan. God bless you Ray.
I had to get my car towed late at night. Ray was there in less than 15 minutes. He was very polite and helpful. He took great care of my car and dropped it off wherever I needed it to go without any problems. He also recommended places where I could check to see if my battery was dead or if the alternator was bad. I will definitely recommend and use him again.
