I have used this company twice in the last 30 days and I am more than pleased with the response. Austin i believe was the first tow. Very nice individual. Called to let me know he was in route and how long it would be and he got to me earlier then the time he said. Same results for my 2nd tow from Robert. Both gentlemen made good conversation to my tow destination.. And the prices are reasonable... My thought are the owner should buy them dinner or atheist a couple ice cold beverages... I will gladly use Cooks towing again. Hope I don't have to but they will definitely be who I call and who I will refer others too. Thanks Cooks towing...

My master cylinder went out and got stuck at work and this tow service was first on the list of my search. I called them and asked how much from point A to B. The Person I was talking to on the phone, Austin B, asked a few questions. Our conversation was only 3-5 mins. He said he have a driver come out and get it in 30 mins. Felt like they took less than 30 mins to tow my vehicle to my house. This tow company works fast and was open on Sunday because the few other services below them were closed. Thank you again

I had Austin B. as my driver and he was wonderful! He was very fast and so friendly! I highly recommend using there services! He took great care of my truck loading and unloading and made sure it was strapped down well before taking off! Definitely would use again!!
My uncle broke down 7 driveways from his house, someone called these people (not him) and a random guy showed up in a pickup truck, didn't do anything and demanded he was paid $60. After refusing, the guy called the cops and went and got a tow truck and tried to take their truck from them. Officer stated the easiest thing would be to just pay them. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY, VERY RUDE AND USE SCARE TACTICS TO GET WHAT THEY WANT.
Response: Then explain why you had a guy show up in a ragged out pickup truck that was smoking with a jump box, did nothing, then leave, go pick up his tow truck and come back with a cop to try and take the car. You are arguing with all of the customers on these google reviews when your company is the one in the wrong, making your company look bad. Just a heads up you need to change your attitude and resolve the issues being reported rather than blaming the customer.
All I can say is Austin B was beyond amazing!! Not only was his communication wonderful but his professionalism was through the roof!! Cook’s you definitely got one heck of an amazing employee!! Definitely deserves a raise or bonus dinner!!! Thank you again Austin for everything yesterday and today, not only did you do your job to the fullest but you also went above and beyond for my family and myself. I will definitely be referring everyone to you!

These guys are amazing! I had the unfortunate duty of getting the personal effects out of a vehicle of a family member. The owner and his office manager were not only gentle and empathetic but also helped me get the stuff out that I couldn’t reach safely. I am so grateful for them and their time. Their yard is incredibly tidy and clean as is their office. There is obvious pride in their business and it shows how they present themselves and how they treat people. They even offered bags to hold the items. They made a very difficult situation a lot better. Highly recommend!

I called Cooks towing to help me in an unfortunate situation. My vehicle was stolen but recovered a week later in Nashville. Cooks picked it up for me and brought it to a mechanic in Smyrna. They were so nice and kind through every step of the way.
Austin B is who towed my vehicle for me. When he arrived back to Smyrna, I met him where it was dropped off at so I could see my vehicle. Austin B was extremely nice and professional. He took good care of my car and took the time to tell me things the impound lot told him about my vehicle.
They are great priced and actually care about what situation other people are in.

Cooks Towing was exceptionally reasonable and appeared to provide a safe tow lot for your car. Austin B worked with us to stay past closing because of the distance we traveled to come pick up our car. It was free from any damage and kept in a locked and gated lot. Austin and the Cooks Towing team are amazing! Wisconsin family here, and we were stranded on the highway with 2 small kids at 4am while passing through town. Austin was on location within 15 minutes of making the call. Not only was he extremely prompt in his response he was also very professional and helpful. Being out-of -towners , we had no idea where to go to get our car fixed. Austin gave us multiple close and quality options for us to easily fix our car as well as offered us a safe ride there as well. We are forever grateful for Austin and the Cooks Towing & Recovery service and highly recommend them!
