Waited for 2 and a half hours when they were "right around the corner from me" before canceling them and getting E.A. Towing to get here within 20 minutes. Just use E.A. and ask for Yadiel if you want anything done.
We needed a shed moved, and Mike showed up as scheduled, moved our shed across the driveway and was very professional. I would give more than five stars if I could. Extremely reasonable price and A+ service!!
These guys need their drivers license taken. Passing people on the shoulder, cutting them off, flipping them off, just to turn into a gas station. Absolutely ridiculous. Our body shops will never use this company.
Not having a good day when my car broke down at work so I called to get it towed to the mechanics. Will showed up to tow it and what a nice guy! Very professional and he had me laughing and helped me have a better day! The world could use more Will's because we definitely need more niceness! I will be definitely be using this company if I need to be towed again and I wish I could give them ten stars!
I called 12/18 to have a van towed, Will answered the phone and came out to Walmart to tow it back home. You could not ask for a better worker, very pleasant on the phone and in person. In fact everyone at Mikes is very pleasant and professional. That’s why I highly recommend Mike to all my customers.

First off, I went with EA towing, please call them for heavy duty jobs. I called this service due to one of my larger business trucks being down at an auto garage. I guy answered, I gave him the from and to address, length and size of the vehicle. He gave me a quote of $300, I said completely fine, thank you. I was then told I’d receive a call when they got to it or afterwards for payment. Again, all good. Time goes by, no phone call or contact. I gave them then benefit of the doubt and waiting a couple days. I called back the following Tuesday (first call was Friday I believe) and “oh I’m not sure what happened. Let me have the guy call you” and nothing. I’m not one to chase someone I’d like to do business with. We get wrecker service often and I wanted to try and stick with a dedicated vendor. I will be using EA Towing. They got to the truck within three hours, they cost a little more ($15) but I’ll gladly pay the additional for someone to keep their word.
I called this company because it is listed as a 24 hour towing service when my husband broke down on his way home from work on a friday around 5:30pm. The guy who answered the phone didnt seem to happy to be getting a call and said he will be back in town in a couple hours and call me back. I waited around for his call for 2.5 hours before I called a competitor who was on site within 10 minutes. I would not recomend a buisness that doesnt even bother calling back!
I was towed from this area to the Audi of Nashville....Jerry the tow truck guy was so nice; and helpful and funny! there was another guy who was the manager that came out to look at my car that was also helpful; and phoned in the call to Jerry. Fast, quick, and efficient! Thank you guys!!!
I'm from Birmingham Alabama and broke down. After calling many many places we reached Will at Barrett's. He got us off the road and went above and beyond his duties to help us even the following day. Highly recommend this company.

It was a horrible experience! My car was a non-consent tow because I was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. I hadn't seen my car since I was removed from it by EMS and Fire Fighters. My insurance company told me to take my license plate and personal items, and to leave my keys in the car. I feel like I was treated like a criminal. I am a disabled Veteran who was hit by a drunk driver, while I was pulling out of the World Outreach Church parking lot. I should have been treated much better!

The employee Terry was very rude and disrespect the whole time he was “helping” me, I stayed nice the entire time but yet he was still rude. Then, I looked up and saw a sign saying if they felt you were rude they would charge you a 10$ fee, but yet he were rude to me the whole time, very unprofessional.
The best and most honest wrecker service! We were on the side of the road in our RV pulling a trailer with two motorcycles on it and had a blow out on the trailer with no tools. Called the THP at 1:38 to have them come out and at 3:15 nobody had showed up. My husband tried to call back to get an ETA and they never wouldn’t answer. Called Mike Barrett’s and asked them if they would run a jack and four way out to us to use and not only did they do that but the guy helped my husband fix it! We were back on the road within 30 minutes of making the phone call. Thank you soooo much!!

I called Geico roadside assistance and they called Barrett’s automotive and wreck service to come pick up my car at my house. Tony, from Barrett’s called me with a few minutes to verify my address. He picked my car up to take to my service shop and offered to fill out the envelope and drop the keys in the over night drop box just so I didn’t have to drive into town to do that. I highly recommend this guys and a big thanks to Tony!
Police called these guys when I had an accident Saturday. The insurance company was coming to pick it up Monday so on Sunday I needed to get my things out of it. The insurance co said I needed everything out because if it isn't repairable, I would not see it again. I called and they said they are 24 hours but it will cost me $40 for him to open the gate for me. I work for a living and cannot go Monday morning so everything will be lost including my license plate if is totaled, which it probably is. Like they don't make enough just towing these cars, this is ridiculous. I will never let them touch another vehicle of mine and hope you don't either. Shame on you Barrett's for kicking people when they are already down.
I called on a Friday night and they had my sons car home in an hour and a half. Super nice guys, and they were the cheapest out of about 15 tow companies in the area that I called. Highly recommend and will definitely be saving his number in my phone for all future tows.
Very excellent, professional, and punctual person. He gave me the best advice when my car broke down. I initially thought it was a dead battery, but he clarified to me that the problem was more than just a dead battery. He suggested what is the best next thing to do, and I am thankful I listened to him and it probably saved me some money!
