I needed a door for my Ford Explorer so we went to Manus Road Auto Salvage .They put the door on changed out some panels and door handle. I was there less than two hours. They charged a fair price. This is my go to from now on. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Call this place to see if there was a part. They told me they did not have the part, and it showed online that they did. A friend of mine call them back. They said they had some in stock but you had to buy the complete set. In the engine. Straight up lying to me. What happened to making customers happy, just not a good place to go.
Bought a radiator from them and it was bad! and they told me if there was any issue they will refund the money back! so now calling them today and they said no refund but willing to exchange for another! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! scams and lies with this place.
Called about an rear end for a mustang said that they had it drive 3 hours to get there after arriving the guy said they were checking to see where it was at 30 minutes later the guy said they were going out there to pull it after 2 hours waiting the guy said that the rear end was not good waste of time and money do not go there experience was not good.

This place is a scam. They never have ANYTHING they show. Called ahead and they said they had the part we needed and would deliver it the next day. Called back the next day to see what time and he said he had to check it. They already verified they had it. I already priced and sold to my customer. Then the next day I called and he STILL had to check it only to tell me they no longer had it. They showed 8.... BAD BUSINESS. RUN AWAY and don't waste your time.
I have been using this salvage yard for about 7 years. It’s a long drive but, they have always gotten me out of tight spots by having such a large inventory. They have always been flexible with helping me get strange parts/sensors (non-sellable items) etc. Good prices, thanks!
Call ahead and verify what they have available if you see it online. Sometimes the pictures are very old and a lot of parts have been picked. Also to get a competitive price make sure that you call and lock them down on a price first. If you show up and and they have the parts and you're already there it seems like the prices inflate.

If I could give Manus Road Auto Salvage zero stars, I would. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service is absolutely terrible-staff are rude, disrespectful, and act like they couldn’t care less about helping customers. When I did get assistance, it was with an attitude that made me feel like I was an inconvenience.
The yard itself is a mess, with junk scattered everywhere. It’s so cluttered that I was practically tripping over debris just to get to the office, which was barely accessible. There’s no proper parking, and the entire place feels sketchy and unsafe. On top of all that, the prices are outrageously high for salvage parts, which is ridiculous considering the poor condition of the inventory.
Do yourself a favor and avoid Manus Road Auto Salvage at all costs-there are plenty of other salvage yards in Murfreesboro that actually value their customers and provide decent service.

Do not go to this place . Bought an engine from them promised a 30 day warranty. Sold me an engine with a crack block did not give me a warranty replacement. Scammers
I call them because they had 14 5.7 motors for sale low miles 125000 miles on the web site i drove 3 hrs and they had 2 different motors so I had to set there for 2 hrs waiting for them to pull a motor come to find out after doing a car fax on the car the motor had 20000 thousand on it there word is no good u don't know what ur getting from them they will lie
Specifically told them I needed a/c condenser fan for v8 pathfinder and even sent him pics he said they have it so I drove 1 hr there.double checked they had the v8 model fan(v6 is different) in the lobby he said yes so I sat there another hour for them to pull the part they bring me the v6 fan then I wait 15 mins longer to find out they don't have the v8 fan.he was very busy I first called him kept talking to other ppl and he wasted 2 hrs of my time
I really wanted to like coming here BUT their prices are high. There were some related parts to the primary part I was buying that I also wanted to buy but these guys were wanting more than retail cost of brand new.... I advised them of that hoping he'd negotiate but nope... he wanted what he wanted. That was my last trip there.
High priced salvage parts. Junk everywhere, practically tripping over it to get to office. No parking and they barely speak English. Very sketchy place.
Update after owner response..... I was quoted $250 for parts that I ended up getting for $78 at another salvage yard. Same exact parts. I'd say that is NOT competitive, but gouging.
Very unfriendly on the phone. Even if they did have what I wanted, I wouldn’t have given them business based off their attitudes. If you’re that miserable in your job, get a new one.
we called & went yesterday to get parts. they told us they had it, we went and they had everything we needed. very nice in person & knew what they were talking about. even got us some good deals. we were nervous at first but highly recommend. nice guys.
I just called for a price on an ABS pump and asked what his warranty is. He says he would replace it. I asked how long , is it a 30 or 60 or 90 day warranty? He says his warranty is just that, a replacement. So is that a 24 hour or 48 hour replacement or it depends on your mood that day. Have some pride in being a reputable recycler.
My husband called ahead of time to see if they had a part for our car. They were quick to let us know they had it in stock, and when we arrived, it was a quick process. Would definitely come back if needed in the future.
Rip off!!!! I bought a motor for my truck had it installed by another company that did an amazing job on the install drove it less then 200 miles one of the cylinders is not firing pulled the spark plug there was oil and metal filings on the spark plug. owner refused to honor the warranty or even discuss it so rude kept saying its the shops fault not ours before even looking at it. just kept asking for a receipt even though he knows he sold us the motor and even texts back and forth from him about the motor. Reading others reviews looks like this is the way they run there business I will not be taken advantage of!!!! Sounds like I need to get law involved and the city. this is complete theft and deception!!!! I will post an update if anything changes.i will not let this go!!!!!!
Best Auto Salvage you can find in middle TN hands down, you hear me? The best!!! I’ve been several times to get parts nd they’ve always got what I needed.1st time I was coming here my husband was worried bout me coming out here by myself but in the end we was both happy coz I didn’t have to go find the part in the pile like other junk yards. I just described the issue and they brought me what I needed. Price is also good. I highly RECOMMEND
I had a great experience with Mo at Manus Road Auto Salvage. I had been looking all over for a few parts for my car and by the time I would call they would be gone. I finally located them at Manus and called to verify they still had them. Mo confirmed that they had them and even helped me confirm that I had the right headlights for my car. I had to call him and text him several times to make sure and he took his time and was very patient throughout the whole process (I called and texted him a lot that morning). Once I had confirmed that they had everything I needed and the pricing I asked Mo to please hold the pieces for me because it was going to take me a few hours to get there. When I got there, I spoke to another gentleman who informed me that they no longer had the parts available. But Mo stepped in and said that he had reserved my parts. I felt a huge relief because like I said before these parts are hard to acquire. I am so grateful to Mo for being so kind, patient, knowledgeable and keeping his word. I also confirmed with a few body shops that the price I paid for all of the parts was very reasonable. Thanks again Mo, I appreciate you!
I called before to get price. Sent someone to get the part, they were told a different price by a different salesman. Ended up paying more then was told. Owner responded and offered to pay back difference.
Owner is a very nice man, and very diligent at ensuring his customers are happy. Rarely do we see an owner work hard to ensure customer satisfaction like this one.

I went there to buy a transmission, what was $800. And I had it installed find professional and unfortunately the transmission was no good so I brought it back to try to get a replacement, and the guy at the counter told me that the transmission was supposed to be good and that the mechanic is the one who messed it up during the installation and refused to refund me an offer a different transmission instead. I purchased it against my better judgment and they refused to give me a receipt and now this new transmission is is also not good at all. Extremely shady business, who don't take any accountability, I learned to no buy from them ever again, and I suggest you do the same.
Honestly great all around, friendly staff and got us what we needed as quickly as they could. Looked everywhere for a 2012 Kia Rio hatchback rear left door, they were able to get me the part, and in the right color, for $350 less than what I was finding online because no other yards had what I needed. Even gave us some great advice when it came to switching the doors. 10/10 if I'm ever needing another big part, I'll be coming back.
If I could give 0 stars I’d most definitely would. Drove 45 minutes to buy a hood of a truck. Gave them the year, model, and even vin to have it as close as possible.Went to pick up and hood was completely different. Gave no receipts and wasn’t wanting to take anything back for a part they gave wrong. Service was slow and somewhat ignored me.And to top it off they took 25% of the total for “restock fee” when I had nothing to do with them giving me a bad part. I would not recommend buying from them. Save your time, money, and any headaches by just going some place else.
I wish I could give negative rating. I called the store multiple about a part and the guy on the phone said it is available and I can come anytime to pick it up. I told him I will arrive in 30 mins and I also called again to make sure the part is ready. I arrive, and waited for over an hour. I asked the guy if it will be available, he started to answer me in a mocking way saying that the part is not a “McDonald burger”. He asked me again if I wanted the part after I told him I was going to leave since it is taking too long, I said okay let’s see. He got on the phone with another worker while also on the same time calling other people. The other worker told him I can get it it shouldn’t take long. However Mr. McDonald Burger got annoyed because we told him it took way too long (2 hours just to get a spare tire) and he told the worker to leave it saying that “We don’t sell to these kind of people”. Really bad service in person and also on the phone. Also I know it is a car junkyard, but the place smell and looks like a sewer yard. I don’t think I am the only one who thinks this place has bad service because the guy was also fighting another customer on the phone and he was yelling at him. “McDonald Burger”
I forgot to mention that I went to another yard where the owner told me that they have the parts ready. I arrived there in 20 mins and the parts were ready. Even when there was a mistake in one part, the owner went to the hard and legit found me the part I am asking for in 5 mins ( spare tire carrier bottom of the car). And they also helped me in installing the part. And there price was better and they place was so much cleaner.
Worst service ever. I've been to probably two hundred different salvage yards in my life and this one has the worst service I've ever experienced. even though I called an hour and a half before I got there and said I need these parts I'm on the way to pick them up they didn't even know where the vehicle was that they said to come down and pick the parts up. Took almost 2 hours to get out of there.
