Man this place has ZERO customer service. Got to the place at 11 am and the worker said he was on a break for 10 mins. So we waited for 20 mins only to call him again just for him to say I went on a tow with no time expectation. Feels like there is only one worker here. Terrible
I never had such bad service until a1 came to my rescue. I went thru two other tow services were one said it would be 120 to 150, then canceled on me the second said they were there but I let it be known exactly we're I was a 3 to 4 times kept saying wrong location. A1 towing stepped in and they sent them to the same wrong location, but me talking to the wrecker tower, they knew exactly where I was and guaranteed me to be there in 25 minutes after I've been there over 6 hours. A1 towing saved me from getting arrested and the driver was so apologetic for my dealing with this situation
Make sure the driver and the company get my full response and respect of services.
These are the rudest, most unprofessional people- I have EVER had the PLEASURE of dealing with. My 16 year old daughter ran out of gas on Main Street. Her car was parked in the turning lane and while gone to get gas, Murfreesboro City Police had it towed. Although inconvenient-I understand! However, the unfriendly man that I had to deal with at this tow company compounded the issue significantly! They literally had the car 15 minutes and charged us $200. Where is kindness these days? NOT HERE!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THEM! THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UPSETTING TO MY CHILD AS WELL.
I ran over a tire in an extremely dark and dangerous spot on the interstate. They got there quick. Little tip: Mike, the owner, is very thorough with his book keeping and called me personally when he realized I accidentally paid too much!!!! :)
The guy at the counter told me it was going to be $400 to pickup both my vehicles. Upon arriving I handed him the money and when he gave me the paperwork to sign I asked to see the vehicles before signing. He refused and we went back and fourth for 5 minutes until he spoke to his boss to do so. Place is rude as hell.
This place is used by the city and they are very unprofessional and hungry for money....especially TERRY! Since the city is used by them, it’s costs $200 cash upfront to receive your car if it’s towed. My car broken down at the corner of a busy intersection and couldn’t be moved. My house was 2 minutes from where my car was and I had to take a Lyft back home. No sooner had I got home and tried to call a tow company I was told that A1 had already came and picked it up because according to the city it was a safety hazard. I asked if they (Terry) could take it to an auto mechanic for me before it was taken to their lot, which they also charge for, and he said it was gonna be another $45 for gate fee and another $50 for a second towing. So, I was out of $300 for the day. Keep in mind I tried calling before they went to their lot s I wouldn’t have to pay extra but Terry insisted that my car was getting towed anyway and that he wouldn’t wait on me to get to my car. I know you have business to run but times are a little hard right now and being blood suckers does not help the situation.
This is s little bit of a different situation. My granddaughters car was stolen several months ago. Long story short it ended up being towed by A- 1 Wrecker service to their yard. Police notified my college student granddaughter of the location of her car. We called A-1 and was told it would be $200 CASH to get her vehicle released. I found this to sound shady and said so. This ticked off the man on the phone. He proceeded to tell me how he had been shot at and cursed at that day and was very insulted by my comment. Told me they had to collect CASH because people dispute credit card charges and they cannot collect. I told him I was out of sate, I am crying at this point and this was obviously a little different situation. They knew the car had been stolen. Wasn’t like it was left intentionally. He said he would call his boss to see if he would take my credit card information over the phone given the situation. Answer was no. Also that if she didn’t bring the cash by 5 pm the price would go up. I am 65yrs old and just when I think people can’t get less disappointing they do. Better have your CASH in hand when dealing with these folks.
This is a predatory towing company they are unprofessional the owner of the company come and towed my vehicle from the visitor area of my complex after seeing my vehicle the first time he tried then hung up on me and would not answer the phone so I could get my car back they are immoral and prey on lower class people they are -5 stars and untrustworthy
Called early morning for some help moving my car. Sounded like I woke the guy up. He said it would be after lunch when he could come over and asked I call back later. I called back at 11am and he said he would be here between 12:30-1pm. He would call when he was on his way. It is now 6:30pm and still have not received a call. Definitely not very professional just to leave someone hanging like that. Luckily I was able to get a hold of a reliable tow service which was here within 15min of my call. I’ll never call in this company again.
They arrived less than 10 minutes after I called got me out of the mud in less than five minutes, and gave me a huge break on the tow... they have any future business that I can give them in Murfreesboro, and my recommendation as well...

These people operate a shady business. I spoke with the manager of the facility that I was towed from and they were NOT supposed to be towing anyone that day. They also said where I parked was fine because it was not marked with a sign and they were closed that day. So I was allowed to park in that spot. So they illegally towed my vehicle and charged me $200 on Father’s Day no less. They even tried to charge me more money and scratched up my vehicle. All of this was done because I parked in a spot that I was allowed to park in...wow. I feel like I deserve my hard-earned money back. This company is just out to scam people. They came out without being called first. The police showed up and told them to leave while I was trying to get my truck back.
This company needs to be put out of business, not supported. They steal vehicles from legal spots when they HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN CALLED! They're crooks and thieves and are exactly the type of business that you want to avoid business with.
Absolutely awful in every manner in which they handle business. The cars they tow they have a CASH ONLY policy on and their office does not exist, they have pieces of paper pointing you too the repair shop next door to pay for whatever transaction and that office may exist but it is filthy and a mess. The tow man wears his gun on his hip to intimidate anyone he does business with as well. Their towing fees are higher than most and the service you receive afterwards is disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least. Do yourself or your business a favor and don't call this "business".
I've never talked to someone so rude and unprofessional in my life. I used this company twice back in April to tow my Nissan Altima to the Nissan Dealership across town from my townhome and they charged me 50.00 which was fine. Yesterday I called to get it towed from my house to another house for this morning and he told me 75 for a wayyyyyyyy shorter distance! I reminded him of the first time that I used them and he said in a smart mouth manner that the rate is 75! Then proceeds to tell me that he's the only one working tomorrow. So what!? That's your freaking job! If you hate working Saturdays find another job! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AMD RUDE! If I could give this 0 stars I would!
My husband's truck broke down on his way home from a late night shift. 2:30am trying to find a 24 hour road side assistance company was not fun. I called about 4 different companies who advertise 24-hour assistance, none of whom would help. I called A-1 and the person on the phone Gabe me the number for the driver and he was there soon after. I truly appreciate him coming and getting our truck home in one peace. No attitude and no fuss. Highly recommend using them in an early morning Crunch or whenever.
