Teribble customer service skills I've also found better rates at different companies that offer the same service.Personally wouldn't recommend they run the company like thugs for hire more so than a professional service that bases itself on the transport of vehicles.
Had a great experience with All Around Towing & Recovery. No other company would let my family member schedule a tow in advance. Keith was going to be out of town, but got everything arranged for us before hand. Tommy was prompt, professional and had the car ready to go quickly. Keith even checked in from vacation to make sure everything went as planned. Highly recommend!!
Had my car towed last week from about 25 miles outside of town to my house. Didn’t take long at all for him to show up, get my car loaded, and unloaded once there. Good customer service. Would use again in the future! Thanks
All Around Towing is my go to! I know they will be there when I need them. Tommy goes out of his way to ensure he takes care of his customers. Plus they are always fast and efficient. The trucks are always nice and clean. No one wants to have to be towed but they make it as easy as possible. I highly recommend. Plus him and his drivers do their part to help out in the community when they see an opportunity. Including just going to make a kid's day.
Great Tow company. i enjoy working with these guys. Responsive and great communication. Very respectable operation. Ignore the angry reviews from apartments of people who were in the wrong and got towed.

Beware if you see them.
They may be there to tow your car from your apt complex if your teenager forgets their parking pass and then still charges them $200 cash to recover their car even being a resident. I just couldn’t sleep at night doing this to a minor. I guess that’s just me.
The complex is just as much to blame for allowing predatory towing without tagging your vehicle first.
I know who I won’t use if I ever need a tow service.
If you live in the Parc Apts I guess this is ok with them to treat their residents this way.
Our motorcycle broke down in Murfreesboro on a Sunday afternoon. We live in Nashville. After calling 10 tow company’s, All Around Recovery was the only company that answered my call, was open and available. Within 20 minutes there was a driver at our location. The driver was nice and helpful. The tow truck was clean on the inside and outside. I was very happy with the services we received. I highly recommend this company!
We sold our car to Peddle and was given a pickup time of
11 to 3 o’clock with all around recovery towing services. Finally got picked up at 5 o’clock!I understand that traffic was bad but feel like they could have communicated a little better you did not receive my car from peddle the same day .Your driver called me the night before to see if he could get the car at 9am which I could not do .Just wish you would have notified me that it was going to be later so i could have made plans to enjoy my day !
Thomas is such a great guy I will forever recommend this company. It was a long shot and I called around to see if I can get a tow truck to come to my son's birthday party. Well long story short Thomas showed up on time, communicated well and let my son see the truck and even operated the boom. It's hard to find good people in this world and definitely found that here. Thank you Thomas and all around, for making it the best birthday for my son!
