Amazing service. I was panicked my husbands truck had started shaking and I wasn’t sure who to call and found that this company had 5 stars and after many other rude tow company’s, this company was outstanding and I see why they had perfect reviews. Insurance company called these guys for our roadside assistance, the driver was curtious, showed up when he said he would, quickly loaded our vehicle and secured it, delivered it to our shop, unloaded it safely. Very professional and also an all around nice person.. we appreciated that when so often these days people are just rude. Definitely recommend hiring them, and we will be using them for future needs.

Excellent experience! Amel, I think is his name, helped me with my flat tire. He went above and beyond. He was quick, courteous, didn’t leave me hanging when the spare tire didn’t fit, and couldn’t be repaired, he towed my car for me to my relatives house kind of far and out of the way but he didn’t mind. I would highly recommend this company.
Amel was so nice and helpful. He called to check on us and even drove us to the dealership that was an hour away on a Sunday. He offered us cold drinks since we sat out in hot sun broken down on side of road for an hour. Very polite, very professional and generally cares about his clients. Highly recommend his service. All other towing companies I called didn’t seem to want to make the long trip since we were in the middle of nowhere but boost towing drive 45 minutes to get us and the drive us over an hour to dealership! You never want to get your car towed but Boost Towing made it easy and painful. He called an hour before arriving and there were no issues loading the truck. All around a great experience. I will definitely be using their services again should I need another tow.
Today could have easily been one of the worst days of my life. Mel’s professionalism and caring personality got me through a 3 hr car ordeal. I had called 4 other companies and they were rude and were not going to be able to help me till tomorrow. Mel said give me 30 minutes and he went above and beyond what I needed him to do. Including towing my car to Madison in rush hour traffic.
