This company came recommended by a mechanic and the lady I spoke with on the phone was busy but still very attentive to my needs and got with me right away. The driver that came to pick up my car was very kind as well. They got my car where it needed to go and the price was fair! I definitely recommend this company! Thank you guys so much!
This was towed by a "Dale" the other night after it was drove into a ditch by a 17yr old when it was pulled out if you look you can see there was more damage done to the car than what was wrong with it to being with. Not to mention the $600!!!!!!! Tow bill now I've gotta replace the control arm and anything else they did. I tried calling them three times and no one wants to talk about it so if your smart DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
As far as tow companies go this was the best one I have interacted with. I got into an accident and the police called for a tow and the driver gave me his honest opinion that my vehicle was probably totaled and to call insurance after he took it to the yard. He could have taken the over $300 to tow it to my parking lot (emergency call so it was of course gunna be a lot) but he helped me out and saved me some money. After my car was at the lot I called to get my personal stuff and there was someone there within 20 mins... SUPER nice one the phone and in person and even helped by looking for a tool to get my plate off. Great people from my experience and I'll use them again if needed
ATC Towing is the best tow company in the Murfreesboro area. Super quick and friendly service and I have had to use them several times. Archie goes above and beyond when it comes to helping someone who is down on their luck. I have nothing but good things to say about this company!
Worst company, it is a scam never use them. They towed my car for 1.4 miles for $200. They did not accept any payment only cash. They have a dog in the lot that they don’t want to lock or put away with no respect to people who have phobia. Couldn’t get of the car to get my car.
Professional and knowledgeable, helped point me in the right direction on how to deal with my insurance. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions.
They completely took advantage of me because I didn't know what to do and lied to me multiple times. They are now trying to charge me over $1,000 and wouldn’t even let me obtain my personal belongings. I will be contacting a lawyer.
If you ever get in an accident in or around Murfreesboro make sure that they call anyone but these crooks. Had an accident and this joke of a company showed up. They towed it to their yard. I then show up to get my personal property out of the vehicle and am told I have to pay $225 just to get my stuff out. For some reason these people think that since they towed my vehicle that they now own everything in it. If I recall correctly that sounds like theft. I guess if I decide to start robbing people all I have to say to get away with it is "it's our policy". Be warned... Don't use these people.
I really wish I could give this place less than one star. I have called and drove up there several times to retrieve belongings from the car and even after being told they would be there during certain hours there’s never anyone there to help or they are about to leave and just refuse to help. I just really need my stuff, there are some sentimental things in the car because it belonged to my mother who I just lost in February. This is just ridiculous and they definitely have poor business practices.
What a horrible place! Better hope your vehicle doesn't get picked up by them. They will mail you a letter then when you call asking for information they will have a driver answer the calls and say he doesn't know anything. You will leave numerous messages and never get a response then they will sell your vehicle right under you! Pretty shady place if you ask me.
Called AAA and Owner Archie showed up to tow my long bed f250. He was very helpful in getting my truck back in service, as we were from out of town and would have been stranded without a working vehicle. Major thanks for extra mile gone. My wife also thanks you and your wife.
My husbands truck got hit today by a turkey. Shattered the windshield. Driver waited for me for 15 mins so i could get there with my AAA card. The driver was super quick getting to us. Super friendly.
It was a $200 tow less than 5 miles to the shop and I was closer to my home. Never even asked where I wanted it towed. They left keys in my truck ignition and all the doors unlocked. No one was at the 24/h shop and I had tools stolen out of my truck. I call the police to file a report and they called the shop and told them to review their own cameras. Of course they saw nothing and no one. $43 daily storage fees. They saw the $3 dollars is the tax a day.
This is a terrible company and I wouldn’t suggest anyone use them , their prices are RIDICULOUS , they charged me 200$ to pull my car out of some snow then added a 40$ storage fee after they only held the car for 5hrs and the only reason they took the car is because the 200$ cash caught me off gaurd , then once I got to atc I had to wait an hour for someone to show up and release it , COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Takes advantage of the elderly, not easily to work or speak with. Doesn’t care about the customer or what people think of his business reputation. I would never recommend anyone to use their services unless you want to pay 200 when already had someone to tow for $50 but they showed up 3 minutes before the company I wanted to use because the police called ATC we asked them to leave and they refused so basically we were forced to use this awful company that we did’nt chiose.
My sons car overheated over an hour from home. They picked up my son and his friend and met me at a shop. He stopped on the way to get them and brought them drinks since it was so hot outside and spent the trip trying to cheer them up! Above and beyond customer service 5 stars for sure!
I was referred to this company by a co-worker after having TWO flat tires on my way to work. The owner, Archie, himself was there within 20 minutes. Had my truck loaded and off we went! Once we arrived at the tire shop, Archie offered to take me to work. Great service! I will definitely be using these guys again in the future.

The WORST Towing company in Murfreesboro!!! If you're an MTSU student never use them!! They are not family friendly, just want to make a fast buck! No conscience in ripping people off! Contracted with MTSU!
My daughter was involved in a minor accident and was told she had to have her car towed by ATC because that's who contracts with MTSU.
Twenty four hours later and $330.00 we got the car back! It cost $80.00 for the car to sit on their lot for 24 hours, $50.00 to pick up the bumper and put it in the car( their cleaning fee) and $170.00 for the tow! Also they take no credit cards or checks, only cash! Just because we were from out of town! Sounds like somebody might be getting a kick back...MTSU!

MTSU regrettably sent my car to this company, and my transaction will end in small claims court. The only working employee when I came refused payment with a card, and suggested I take the $270 out of a nearby ATM. After getting the money, I returned and got my car out of their possession. A few minutes later, I realized the itemized receipt added to $170, but the total said 270. I returned to their shed, and no one was there. I called ATC Towing and explained my situation; another man arrived soon thereafter. When I showed him the discrepancy in the receipt, he accused me of forging the total. He checked their drawer and the man that took my money put 170 in the drawer, wrote 170 on the in-house receipt, and kept the 100 off the top. I remained adamant that I had paid $270, and they became aggressive. The police arrived, and I will proceed legally against ATC Towing. I wouldn't recommend working with them, but if you have to pick up your car I would advise you to FILM YOUR TRANSACTION.

I cannot adequately express how disappointed we were when trying to get our car out of this companies' lot.
These guys are contracted by the city, so be sure you have or know of another towing company that you can call to come quickly when you are in an accident that is blocking the road, or you won't have a choice but to let them take your car.
We were NEVER once informed that you had to pay cash to get your car released (which then required another trip). They also charge $40/day to sit in a very suspect / at risk lot that I would never park my worst car in.
Additionally, the owner, Archie, is the most inconsiderate, non-customer focused tow truck driver (I won't even call him a business person) that I have had the displeasure of talking to.
If I had known what type of company these guys really were, I would have had our car pushed to the side of the road and called my own company to come and get it.
I would never recommend this company to anyone...
They are terrible! After paying for my car to be released they would not give it to me. They claim no one was in the office and everyone was on vacation, but it clearly says 24 hours on the website!!! Then the one I'm on the phone with hung up in my face and said there's nothing he could do!
