Very, very helpful even though it was a holiday weekend. They were very kind to my neighbor whose car had been hit and towed. They were informative about the next steps she should take. Family owned and operated, we should support these local businesses and they almost always provide better service with a personal touch.
Very great company , the lady in the office is very sweet and fast to help . The tow truck driver did so great with my car and helped me get my car out of a ditch. will definitely be using them again for all my needs

called to ask few questions about business, states was to very busy, asked for time to call back states did not know when would avail, asked if he could call me back? hung up on me. not very good business practices to hang up on people if in you own head you make up your mind that there is no money to made in 30 seconds of conversation, you had no idea i could help or hurt your business , and i defiantly will never use or recommend you to anyone . Doesn't notify people of towing their property and then proceed to play with the vehicle on multiple occasions on their property. After the owner was advised of all of this by someone other than the towing company, K&L makes the owner aware of it being fun and that it'll take $1500 to retrieve it. This is as close to legal theft as you can get.
