Great customer service!! Manny was very kind and ended up holding some belongings that I had forgotten in my car after my wreck. He honestly turned horrible experience into a tolerable one.
Son’s starter went out at the gas station last night. Someone referred us to Mannys and they were AMAZING. Did not break the bank and fast and professional. Will recommend them from now on
Fabian was amazing!! I can not believe he cleared the bottom of my car to get it on that bed- my car was stuck in an awful spot and he had hairline clearance. His truck was clean, he was polite and immediately relieved the stress!

We returned the next day for a few more things, and every single person we interacted with was kind, patient, and understanding. Mike is the best tow truck driver in all of Tennessee and maybe the US. He has moved my tool boxes twice and I don't trust anyone else to do it. Also dealing with Manny the owner he is a stand up dude I recommend Mannys towing all day and twice on sunday.

Huge shout out to Fabian (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) at Manny’s for helping us TWICE this week. My son is 16 and had a flat at school. He came and helped teach him how to put the spare on and sent him to the gas station down the road to put additional air in. We had it patched under the hazard protection and two days later- flat again. He just left my home for service trip #2 to tow it to the tire shop. Super fast, super friendly, can’t recommend enough. Manny is the best man. My car has been giving me trouble and I’ve had to tow it 3 times in one month. Luckily mannys crew took care of my car and he negotiated a good price because my luck has been so bad.
Manny was awesome!! After waiting more than 45 minutes for another local tow company to come we called Manny and he was there within 10 minutes! Someone parked in front of our garage downtown and we had an event we were going to be late to so you can imagine the stress! Prompt, kind and professional! Will be doing business again if any more problems arise.
Mike came out to help me get back into my car and we discovered a dead battery as well. He had me back on the road within 20 minutes.

I had a tractor that I needed moved, I called and spoke to Manny himself, and he was able to get me into a specific time to move it and was very flexible. He sent out Mike, who was very good. We had to move and adjust to get it loaded because it was in a very tight spot. He was very knowledgeable about towing and hauling a big and bulky item. He took a lot of time to carefully secure and position it make it a safe tow. Mike was great to work with and dropped it exactly where I needed it. If you are looking for efficient and quality work at a reasonable price, call Manny. He might even send you out Mike, if you are lucky!!
In general tow truck drivers/companies get a well deserved bad reputation but Manny's Towing and Recovery operates far above the average tow trucker and their company. The experience I had with Manny from Manny's towing and recovery about 2 weeks ago was truly blissful to say I was having an exceptionally awful day. I got into a minor fender bender but I couldn't drive my car to Honda it had to be towed without a doubt. I was expecting the worse because interactions with tow truck drivers are typically awful. My mom called them to come and get me and my car but she gave them my number as well. Manny called me to let me know an estimated timeframe when I could be picked up and asked a few details about my car to make sure the correct truck was sent and even called back to politely communicate a slight time delay. Most people suck at letting their customers know when things are delayed but Manny keeping me in the loop helped me properly communicate with the Honda dealership about my ETA which was much appreciated. I had been crying for hours so I'm sure Manny could see I was in distress when he arrived and I had also never been in any sort of car collision so this was all new to me. He was such a calm and blissful presence when he arrived. He helped me into the truck which was very clean and comfortable and he advised me to call the Honda body shop one more time just to let them know we were on the way. We had a nice, calming conversation on the way to the shop and he made paying with my card super easy. The cost of the tow didn't feel over the top or predatory at all. I never thought I'd say getting my car towed was the highlight of that experience but Manny's calming energy made that horrible day a little better and I am very grateful. 10/10 Highly recommend

Excellent customer service. Was needing my vehicle towed to be serviced. Fabian arrived and pushed my vehicle from the parking spot to where it could be loaded onto the tow truck. He then loaded my vehicle and transported it to Christian Brothers to be serviced. Fabian gave me a ride back to my residence so I did not have to walk home. Fabian knew what he was doing and got the job done quickly and efficiently with excellent customer service. I will definitely be using Manny's towing again and highly recommend them.
Alex was fantastic. We were in a big pickle- puppy locked himself in the car.... thankfully the car was on. I contacted Manny's and they sent Alex right away. He jumped out and within 3 mins he opened the door. Thank you all for your kindness, understanding and eagerness to help us. We will always use and recommend Manny's from here on out!
I have had to have my car towed twice in 2 months and Mannys was the tow service sent to me by my insurer (state farm). The young man who came both times was named Fabian. My driveway is on a very narrow street and Fabian actually had to push my car backwards out of my driveway to get it loaded. He was super professional and did an amazing job! He was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a tow service. 10 out of 10. Would've given 10 stars if I could've. Best tow service in Murfreesboro hands down. The BEST tow company ever! From the minute I called and talked to Manny, to one of the most down to earth tow truck drivers Kenny, it was the most amazing customer service! You guys are so lucky to have Kenny on your team. He was excellent, took his time, handled with care and communicated with me from the minute he was assigned my boyfriends truck until the end. Manny's is awesome. I first encountered Manny's through an insurance claim. The service was so phenomenal we called them again for a non insurance tow. The customer service is great. The wait time was explained and not too long. On top of that, the price is reasonable.The service from the driver was great also. I tell my friends to call Manny's if ever in need.
Manny is a true professional and handled my family heirloom with the up most care. This was my grandfather World War 2 Jeep and it had a mechanical issue. Manny was fast and very personable. If you need a tow go with this pro. Thanks for all of your help.
