JUST ANOTHER SCAMMING TOW TRUCK COMPANY!!
My brothers car broke down in the middle of a busy road. The police called this towing company to get the car.
The driver (who was clearly high as a kite) quoted him $75 to bring the car to our parents' house versus taking it to the lot where it would be $500 plus daily hold charges. Once at my parents' home, the tow truck driver tried to charge $175 because "MPD had to call us, so it's an upcharge."
The driver claimed he was calling his boss. 5 min later, the driver took off with my brothers car when my brother went inside. The driver refused to answer his phone.
Man will come wherever u at and make sure your well taking care of I swear to god don’t matter the time or day like it’s 1:10am rn and be helping me you really deserve 6 stars
Wesley was great. I called for a quote and called back for the tow and he was there in about 10 min. He dropped it off at the mechanic and that was that. Easy peasy.
Af first arriving to the location had a bit of problems with my brothers truck his truck is dropped so we get that it would be difficult to get it up to the truck but the after when he was dropping off the truck it took us a long time to get the truck off the tow and the tow guy damaged his truck while at it he bent part of the truck. I showed him the damaged he just ignored the damages. Please use another tow service this one is bad for dropped trucks please if y’all need any towing for dropped truck use e.a towing it’s much better for dropped trucks.
I had to call a tow truck twice this week, and both times I got very reasonable prices, the driver (Wesley, thanks man.) was quick to arrive and resourceful in picking up my car on the side of the road in its unusual positioning. He was super friendly the whole time and made sure he was careful each time he picked up and dropped of my car. It's honestly been a long time since I've had to use a tow service, and the last time cost me almost double the rate for a much shorter distance. But again, I can't brag enough about the service. I'll definitely be recommending this company to others should the need a tow service. (And probably name dropping the driver since he seemed super experienced.)
Very quick and friendly service! And probably the most reasonably priced tow I have ever used. I highly recommend them if you are ever in a spot where you need to be towed quickly and at a fair price!
Wesley was great. He came out in a timely manner, gave us transparent pricing up front, and called us once he dropped the car off at the location. Just that peace of mind knowing it was taken care of has gained a new customer whenever our family needs a tow. 10/10
Great guy very resourceful. Drove extremely safe. And had the best rate at 3 AM. All the other guys were charging Way too much For an Eight mile drop, But my man came in like Superman, and save the day with reasonable pricing that you just came beat. And he tries to save you more money too.
My truck broke down I walked to the gas station to get gas on NW Broad street in Murfreesboro by time I got back Wesley showed up out of nowhere he helped me get my truck home. Assets to your company take care of him he is worth more than gold and I don't use that term lightly
Highway robbers. There HAS to be a better towing company out there than this. Charged for 2 day "storage" when the car was there for about 8 hours, Gate fee because it was "after hours" (Gate fee is more than a day of "storage".) $175 on top of the actual tow fee and taxes.... Go elsewhere if you can help it
Wesley Ford is amazing! He went above and beyond to stop and block traffic and assist TDOT with debris that was over 3 Lanes of travel. He actually got out his own broom and assisted, cutting the clean-up time in half. Thank you for your assistance for a safe quick clearance!
My daughter locked her Keys in the car and used the LIFE360 app (Gold Membership) to assist with the issue. Post completion of the Job, this company keeps calling and texting my daughter asking for payment. She's been telling them to work with Life360 as it's through them. Not sure if this company is trying to get paid twice or what, but clearly there is a disconnect with them and Life360.
The service I received was friendly and professional. The driver arrived on time and promptly loaded and towed my vehicle to the designated location. I was well pleased.
The cap flew off the axle of my trailer tire. I called George's towing and they sent Westley. He was there in a snap. It was 30 miles to the nearest trailer service place. Wesley pulled over and asked us if we had to go to the restroom. He took us to a nearby gas station. At the trailer place he straightened out my straps, we had a mess! 1 woman, 5 kids...we were grateful for his extra help!! You just don't meet super nice people like him everyday. George's towing is very lucky to have him. And the price was exactly what I expected so, no surprises there. Ya!
I called three different companies and non of them could help my situation. I had a customer who locked their keys and phone in their car. I called three blacksmiths and no one showed up. It was midnight and George here picked up the phone right away. Didn’t play with my time came and did the service for cheap and left. Def recommend and suggest

Driver was wreckless driving on 840 at 1pm on 1/21. Ambulance had to even flash him to make him get over. Staring at phone driving 20mph under limit in left lane.
We found the willingness of George to assist us in moving a van and then a valuable piece of equipment for a Veteran in the hospital was exceptional. We are grateful and extremely pleased!
We had our 1999 Jeep towed by this company at the behest of a mechanic. The guy showed up with a standard wrecker to tow an AWD vehicle! He towed it to the mechanic, but when he arrived there, it was facing the opposite direction, why? Because the tow driver DESTROYED the differentials, axles, joints and several other major components!
They damaged the vehicle in towing and promised to "cover expenses", but keep getting the runaround from Dale Victory about getting the work done. The mechanic finally has all the parts, but can't continue until he gets authorization from Dale or his insurance company, which we haven't been able to get. My wife (who is dealing with all this) has been leaving messages for them to call back to get insurance guy or them to pay for our jeep to get repaired. This has been going on for TWO MONTHS!!! TWO FREAKING MONTHS!!!! Towed and damaged on Oct 29, 21. We got it back in Nov 1st (it was towed there for a different component), and had to take it back to the mechanic because it wasn't driving or shifting right.
If a company damages your property, THEY are responsible for the damage, so far doesn't seem like they want to pay for it. Yes, repair costs will go up as you dive deeper into repairs, but to ignore people whose property you've actually damaged, who want/need their vehicles back is just wrong.
Ignore the review from Dale Victory, he is an employee George's Towing (at the time) and was the tow truck driver that improperly towed the Jeep causing the damage.
