Alex was amazing when he got to the scene to tow my car. He took the time to ensure all my questions were answered, as well as provided me with all of my options. Also, since the accident I’ve had to call him and he remembered exactly who I was and was more than willing to continue to point me in the right direction. Alex with Whites towing was INSANELY helpful! Tire blew on the interstate and he was there in no time to load everything up and get to the tire shop. Very nice guy who obviously takes pride in his work. White’s also offered great pricing. Would recommend them for any towing needs!!

I am sssooo grateful for Whites Towing! Alex has been helpful, professional, and gone above and beyond for my college student. When you're a parent and you're over 3 hours away from your kid, you want to know they're taken care of. Alex made sure my son's car was in a safe space to begin with, towed to the correct area, and even helped me with recommendations on where to get it repaired. What started as a worrisome experience for this mom, ended up being a major blessing knowing that my son's vehicle is I'm good hands and not costing an arm an a leg. I recently found myself in this situation(see photos). My tires were partly on the road and partly stuck in the very soft ground right at the top of this ravine. I was so scared I was going to roll down the hill. The sheriff said my only way out was a tow truck to pull me out very carefully. The first tow truck driver that came said he wasn’t touching my vehicle; said I had a 50/50 shot of going into the ravine. And he left!! Thank goodness Alex from White’s Towing showed up to help me! He was so nice and calming and so professional. I knew my car might go down the hill so I stood there praying while Alex did his thing. In no time at all Alex had my car back on the road and I was on my way. I can’t thank you enough Alex for helping me that night!! I will most definitely be calling Whites Towing if I need any towing services in the future….
Alex picked up my vehicle, after it was involved in an accident. He was very kind, caring, and showed the utmost professionalism. When I went to clean out my vehicle, he had a bag ready and helped me clear it out.
