Whites towing came immediately from Murfreesboro to Auburntown on a Sunday night at 8:00 pm. Alex was super cool and made the ride back very positive and we enjoyed the experience.
Alex was amazing when he got to the scene to tow my car. He took the time to ensure all my questions were answered, as well as provided me with all of my options. Also, since the accident I’ve had to call him and he remembered exactly who I was and was more than willing to continue to point me in the right direction. Alex with Whites towing was INSANELY helpful! Tire blew on the interstate and he was there in no time to load everything up and get to the tire shop. Very nice guy who obviously takes pride in his work. White’s also offered great pricing. Would recommend them for any towing needs!!

I am sssooo grateful for Whites Towing! Alex has been helpful, professional, and gone above and beyond for my college student. When you're a parent and you're over 3 hours away from your kid, you want to know they're taken care of. Alex made sure my son's car was in a safe space to begin with, towed to the correct area, and even helped me with recommendations on where to get it repaired. What started as a worrisome experience for this mom, ended up being a major blessing knowing that my son's vehicle is I'm good hands and not costing an arm an a leg. I recently found myself in this situation(see photos). My tires were partly on the road and partly stuck in the very soft ground right at the top of this ravine. I was so scared I was going to roll down the hill. The sheriff said my only way out was a tow truck to pull me out very carefully. The first tow truck driver that came said he wasn’t touching my vehicle; said I had a 50/50 shot of going into the ravine. And he left!!
Thank goodness Alex from White’s Towing showed up to help me! He was so nice and calming and so professional. I knew my car might go down the hill so I stood there praying while Alex did his thing. In no time at all Alex had my car back on the road and I was on my way.

My towing experience was EXCEPTIONAL. It began with my call to White’s Towing speaking with Dispatcher/Driver Alex and ended well with my driver, Dalton. Alex was professional, empathetic, very customer focused and just overall AMAZING. He professionally asked the right questions in order to assure the job was resolved on the front end. He also offered tips to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I was blown away on every level. He followed up after the driver left to assure all needs were met and followed up the next day on my next steps to assure all went well. Driver, Dalton was professional, timely, as customer focused as well. He troubleshot and determined the issue in seconds. His attention to detail was amazing.
