Immaculate service. Car broke down at 9:05, the car was delivered back to the house at 9:47. 43 minutes total for a phone call, wait for a tow and it to be dropped off. I have no faith in humanity if you do not use this company. Josh Garvin was the tower, excellent person.
Brian was so rude , a complete moron, every conversation I had with this morbidly obese sorry excuse of a man went bad, he was defensive, thought I was laughing at him, once I got there then he tells me cash only, do not use this wrecker service, ps. do not let police call for a tow for you, it quadrupled the charge

I will never deal with your company or recommend people to you all. Solely, because you think it’s okay to hire people who vandalize peoples car with their bodily fluids. I needed my car moved to a dealership in Nashville - it's still under warranty, thank goodness but it needed towing. Barrett's is the name I know from both friends and family. I called and spoke with Jonathan a few times, he was very patient and helpful. When we had it all sorted out, he said he'd be to my location in 20 minutes - was there in 10! Thanks for all of the help!
Jonathan was highly professional as well as prompt and on time. We were running a little late for the appointed pick up time and he was flexible. Jonathan went the extra mile by coordinating with the repair shop we had the car towed to, for after hour drop off. Our vehicle was placed inside the shop due to Jonathan working with one of the employees of the shop to meet him there after hours. Great customer service.

AMAZING COMPANY!!! JONATHAN IS THE BEST!!! I will most definitely be recommending this company to any and everyone I know who owns a car and ever needs any kind of wrecker services especially if you live in the Murfreesboro area! I was stuck on the side of the road for a very long time with a flat tire because the first tow truck company I called canceled an hour and a half after securing their services without even so much of a phone call. It was extremely hot outside and of course the air had went out in my car. Two hours later while waiting for the second tow truck company that was called Jonathan from Barrett’s Garage & Wrecker Service saw me and went completely out of his way to turn around and come to help me out. He wasn’t even the second tow truck company that I called, he just happened to notice me stranded and came to see if he could offer his assistance. After I told him I was waiting on another tow truck to arrive he could have easily saw that all I needed was a changed tire and went along his merry way, because that’s why the other tow truck company canceled on me. Instead he changed my tire and got me out of the blazing heat within minutes! It’s amazing to know that there is a tow truck company out there that has amazing, kind, and friendly employees like Jonathan who provide you with a service at a very, very reasonable price instead of taking advantage of people who are in desperate situations. Barrett's was super quick in getting my vehicle picked up and taken to where it needed to be. Johnathan was absolutely wonderful and patient as I tried to meet him at Firestone so we could pay him. Needed my truck towed to Beaman Dodge dealership for my appointment at 9:30 to get it fixed. Called at about 8:50 and Jonathan answered while he was on the way to another call. With a cheerful attitude Jonathan told me he would be at my location in 30 to 40 minutes. He finished up his job and was at my location to pick up my truck in 20 minutes! Awesome customer service, and good overall experience with Jonathan and Barret's Garage & Wrecker Service! Can't forget to mention the great affordable pricing!
Very pleased. They towed a classic car for me that had to be pulled out of my shop which was hard to get to. Jonathan took care to make sure my car was pulled out and dropped off safely. He did great work, arrived when he said he would, and had a great attitude and professional demeanor. I’d definitely recommend them for towing. I’ll use Barrett’s from now on.
Jonathan was absolutely awesome ! He arrived exactly on time with a very big smile in his face even though it was very hot day. He was very trustful and very polite when changing my car flat tired. My car broke down yesterday morning on Old Nashville Hwy near Florence Rd. I called Barrett’s to get my Enclave towed. Jonathan arrived in less than 10 minutes. He was very professional and polite. Overall it was a fantastic service and I would highly recommend both Barrett’s and Jonathan!
I highly recommend them. My son was traveling to Indiana from Georgia and the differential blew in his truck. We called and talked to Jonathan, told him everything that was going on and he eased our mind and took care of our son. Jonathan called him and arranged everything with him. These guys are fantastic. Easter day and my brand new truck died. Jonathan was there quickly and very friendly and professional. For being a holiday the level of customer service was phenomenal. Even sent me a photo of the truck at the dealership and of the paperwork being done with a wish for my Easter to get better. Barrett's definitely gets a solid five stars from my experience with Jonathan. He went above and beyond to help me with my suv and because of the extra concern and time that he took to get some info about what was going on with my vehicle- he saved me hundreds in a unnecessary repair bill! I'm an agent for an emergency roadside dispatch service. Just last night I set up a service with Mr. Jonathan for a long distance tow for a very difficult customer. Very patiently and professionally he worked with us as the customer changed the drop off address for their vehicle 7 different times. Jonathan continued to work with us throughout the evening when most providers would have rejected the service. With the providers like this guy working for Barrett's, I would highly recommend and use these guys every time I need to set up a tow in their area.

Barrett's was called out in response to an accident my wife was involved in. During the incident we spoke a few times with Jonathan, one of the tow truck drivers. He was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable of what we could expect and what we needed to do. It was a hurried and confusing situation (the wreck), but Jonathan made sure we knew everything he was going to do and put us at ease.
