Broke down on I40 on a Sunday afternoon and Davis got to me in less than 30 minutes. We had other local people helping but he was ready and willing to help me figure out transportation for my family of 7, price was more than fair, service was fast and excellent. I couldn't have asked for better.
I hit a deer while driving, the mechanic was so friendly he fixed my car in no time at all, and even picked up the scent of the deer off of the hood and tracked it down to tend to it's broken leg... all in all great place 2 get ya shit fixed .
I can't rate them because all I did was drop off a car after picking it up off the interstate. The customer broke down and this shop was the closest. When we arrived their technician was very helpful. The customer had dealt with them before and recommended them.
This place was great! Our check engine light came on while on the highway so we pulled over at the next exit into a random parking lot to examine the car. A mechanic came out and asked us if we needed some help. It turned out we were thankfully at Randolph Automotive. This patient mechanic (Brandon) worked on our car for OVER 6 HOURS to make sure we were able to get back on the road safely. We are from out of state, yet they took excellent care of us as if we were neighbors. We are so grateful!
I had a flat tire and one of my lugs was stripped. One of their drivers James was close by on another call and saw me struggling and helped me out. He didn't solicit any business or just ignore me. He was able to take 5 mins out of his day to help a stranger in need. If this business hires people like this, I would highly recommend them. Thank you for helping me out of a jam...
Always one of the best places, locally and abroad to get work done. The mechanics are some of the most knowledgeable around. Also they have a state-of-the-art diagnostic testing system for semi trucks and smaller vehicles. Incredible!! They have also now started working on interior designs for cars, for a limited time however.
Very nice owner and mechanic. Owner was short handed the few days he was working on repairing my car. He still got it fixed in a MORE than reasonable time frame. When it was completed, he personally came and picked me up and brought me to my repaired car. Not too expensive for all the work I had done, and worked with me on payment. Thank you, Mike Randolph! What a wonderful business owner you are!
Amazing and kind mechanic! My wife was driving from Kentucky to South Carolina when her car stalled on the I40. I searched for the nearest mechanic and Randilph was it. She limpped the car there and they stopped what they were doing to check her car. Turned out she could safely drive home and they didn't charge her a penny for the time. All I can say is thank you for taking care of my wife!
If your cars broken dwn or needs a part , this is the place to come . He will work with you. Money talks n you dnt have to have much to get him started.
They’re seriously a life saver, last week my husband and I were stuck at a rest area near by. Soon as we got to the shop, They immediately worked on our vehicle and we were back on the road in no time! I totally recommend GREAT people & GREAT prices.
Horrible. Would never use! Roll back driver didn't even take the car out of park and slid my Lincoln off the ramp, slamming the front end into the gravel and then used the ramp to shake and push the car the rest of the way off, while dragging the back bumper on the ramp, destroying the underside of the bumper. Save yourself the trouble, don't use them.
These guys are awesome and as down to earth and friendly as they come. Don’t you dare go to anyone but these fine folks if you have a break down or tire trouble. Trust me, my uncle is a lawyer.
Wonderful service! My car broke down after doing the hill up to Edgar Evins, and he stayed well after hours to get me fixed up. Prices aren't too bad, either. Highly recommend him if you're in the area.
Extremely professional and kind! I was stuck on the side of the road with my toddler and they got there quickly and I was able to wait for my ride in their shop (took about an hour and 45 minutes). Even offered to take me over to the gas station down the road for food and water if I needed it! Incredibly thankful for nice people and professional service ❤️
